FATE

Confession

Taehyung stared at the scar on his chest,caressing it slowly. He sighed heavily and wore a shirt. It was a deep scar for him both physically and mentally.

"Yeonjunnn!
Yeonjunnnnnnn!

"Coming hyung'.

Yeonjun came in all sweaty after playing basketball. Taehyung gave him a towel to wipe his sweat and poured a glass of water for him.
Yeonjun drank the water and thanked him . Now that his energy was back he stared at Taehyung . "Hyung why are you all dressed up?
Taehyung sighed and looked at him . "I told you yesterday that Jin hyung and Jisoo are looking for a apartment . Me ,Jimin and Jungkook are leaving now and we will come tommorow morning means you are alone today.
Yeonjun realized today he was free . Wow I can call everyone for a party -
His thoughts were interuppted when he felt a hand on his shoulder . He looked over and saw Taehyung looking at him and smirking. "I know what you are thinking. No one,I want no one except you in the house when I return,no funny business and your stupid parties. Am I clear? Taehyung asked. Yeonjun gulped when he saw the intimidating stare. "Understood hyung". Taehyung's expression changed immediately and he smiled . "Ok then your breakfast is ready in the kitchen you can heat the rice and then eat but before that take a bath, you stink".
Yeonjun looked at him with a offended expression . Taehyung laughed again.

"Tae! Hurry up". They both heard Jimin's shout and Taehyung said goodbye gave him a hug and left .

Yeonjun smiled when he thought of something. "Hyung said no parties inside but I sure can go outside. He muttered to himself and went to take a shower doing his little celebratory dance.

"Yeonjun you should confess to Yeji Now,don't be a coward. Soobin advised Yeonjun who just looked down and stirred his coke.
"She doesn't like me,it's not mutual ,I don't think its going to work.
"Hey do you even know if it's going to work or she likes you or not,no right ,you are being a coward". Soobin blurted out annoyingly.
"So you tell me what can i do? Yeonjun asked
Soobin smirked ."don't worry I have a plan".

After listening to Soobin's idea Yeonjun gasped.
"Hey are you really Soobin,how did you come up with this ".
Soobin smiled proudly and flicked his jacket. "In terms of this matter I have more experience than you ,so follow my guidance Kim Yeonjun".

At the party they planned

Yeonjun was pacing back and forth in front of the fountain.
As per Soobin's plan this party was planned and the confession. Everyone knew about this except Yeji of course.

Ding!

Soobin:
Lia is coming with her be ready good luck!

Yeonjun read the text and his hands started shaking. He closed his eyes to calm himself but it went in vain the moment he saw Yeji.

Yeonjun's POV
As soon as I saw her my nervousness grew . My heart started beating fast again. I saw Lia pointing in my direction. Yeji looked confused but she smiled when she saw me . She was wearing a blue jeans dress with hair left open.
Lia looked at me and winked before leaving.
"Hey I was looking for you,why are you standing here? She asked . I awkwardly laughed. "Oh!well the scenery is nice",scenery is nice what an answer Yeonjun she probably thinks I am a fool now.
I finally gathered my courage
and looked at her, After some seconds I stared at her while she just looked down. I could see her cheeks were red.
"I have something to tell you".
At the right time red balloons dropped and the fountain lit up.
Yeji looked around in awe.
Then she looked at me.
"What I want to say is that I like you Yeji no I love you from the very first moment I saw you,you may feel cringe after watching and listening to this but even if you don't like me we will be friends so don't worry".
Her eyes widened and she gasped .I was not sure what to make out from that reaction.

Author's POV
Giddy,Excited and overwhelmed that was what Yeji was feeling at this moment. She actually developed feelings for Yeonjun but didn't have the courage to approach him. She has never seen a girl propose first and she wanted her boyfriend to be the one like in kdramas all lovely and romantic. When she heard him confess she was shocked,shocked that he felt the same as her. He actually liked her. She was not talking for a while .
Yeonjun's expression became gloomy . "Its fine if you don't like me sorry if I shocked you". Yeonjun was about to leave when Yeji suddenly shouted. "No! What do you mean I don't like you,I like you too Yeonjun". Yeji happily hugged him. Now it was Yeonjun's turn to be shocked . "Really! Y-you like me? Yeji tightened her arms around him. "Not like,like you said I love you".
Yeonjun smiled happily and lifted Yeji off the ground while she happily laughed .
He put her down and stared into her eyes. He leaned closer but Yeji closed her eyes blushing furiously and turned her head. Yeonjun smiled at her cute reaction.
He didn't want to make her do something she is not ready for so he kissed her red cheeks.
Cheers erupted around them.
They turned around to find their whole squad cheering.
Yeji buried her head in his chest while all of them laughed. Yeonjun looked down. "So we are official?
Yeji nodded and gave him a peck on his cheek. Now it was Yeonjun's turn to blush as everyone teased him . A memorable night as he finally confessed to his love. They all celebrated that night.
