The Past (V)

Taehyung was so excited for the date,He was delighted. Everyone in the group were confused including Mr Kim wondering what happened to their cold boss. He made sure he looked handsome like extra sure.

Actually he thought that that Jennie is the type who likes cute boys.
He saw Jennie and she was looking really really beautiful.
V was really attracted to her.

Jennie came towards him and waved at him. "Hello"
"You look pretty " V said. "So... your time starts now" Jennie said looking at her watch. "What oh my god we have a lot to do " V said and took Jennie's hand . "Come on come on sit " V said and started driving a bicycle. Jennie laughed and sat behind him. Let's go we reached . V said and parked the bicycle. He took her hand and dragged her. They were at a ice cream shop. They started eating ice cream happily. "1 minute left. Jennie said and V panicked . He took her to a garden and suddenly lights turned on . Jennie stared in awe. She looked around and turned and saw a hand extending towards her. Jennie gladly accepted it. V held her waist and intertwined his right hand with hers while she put her left hand on his shoulder. A beautiful melody started playing and both of them were lost in each other's eyes. V pulled her closer and Jennie'cheeks turned red. Slowly after the music stopped V started leaning and attached his forehead to hers . Jennie closed her eyes and waited but then she felt his warmth going away. She opened her eyes and saw him standing with a bouquet of flowers in his hand and giving her his rare boxy smile. Jennie took the flowers and smiled. "So..anything else". Jennie asked. "No you said 5 minutes and it's over " V said.
"So should we meet tommorow ". Jennie asked. "Sorry Jennie but tommorow I have some important work to do. V stated and looked at her feeling sorry. Jennie pouted and said" but it's my birthday tommorow. Jennie gave him the flowers back and sat on the bench sulking. V immediately sat beside her and held her hands. "Sorry I didn't know that but try to understand you remember the people who were following us that day, they are our enemies and bad people so we are going to meet them tommorow. Jennie looked at him and squeezed his hand. "Let me come with you " Jennie said and gave him puppy eyes and V sighed he couldn't resist it but it was too dangerous for her. "Its too dangerous we can meet some other time". V said and smiled trying to cheer her up. Jennie glared at him and stood up angrily . " This is not fair when you asked I agreed and now you are refusing for coming on my birthday and let me tell you if you are not coming tommorow I am not celebrating my birthday. Jennie said and crossed her arms . "Hey hey listen ok then let's do this I will meet you tommorow and then we will celebrate your birthday together ". V said. "Promise" Jennie said . "Promise. V said and smiled and gave her the flowers back and she gladly accepted it. V stared at Jennie as she started walking away. When she suddenly turned around V looked at her in confusion. "We will meet tommorow right? Jennie asked. V nodded giving her an assuring look and Jennie. Jennie smiled and walked away while V waved her goodbye happily.
Next day
Gunshots,tire screeching this was the scene at the moment. Mr Kim's group i.e V and his team were transporting their goods and diamonds. They knew that Rm will try to take this goods and they were right . A yellow jeep was secured in the middle and Rm was in front of it with the rest of his team following and firing gunshots at V and his team.

V was guarding the jeep simultaneously shooting at Rm;Jimin and Jungkook were behind him in their respective cars . V noticed that the yellow jeep successfully crashed the jeep which contained the goods and Jungkook and Jimin's cars too.
He was worried about them as their cars crashed pretty badly. Jungkook's car totally flipped and landed. He heard gunshots and when he looked at the right Rm was pointing his gun at him. He looked at the left and other guy was pointing his gun at him. V looked at the front and widened his eyes when he saw the yellow jeep in front of him. V crashed into it and his whole car flipped . There was blood coming from his forehead,he was lying upside down as the car crashed. His sight was also a bit blurry but he managed to see what was happening in front of him.
Rm came out of his car with his gun and other guys . Rm opened the door of the yellow jeep which managed to take down V,Jimin and Jungkook.
A beautiful lady stepped out from the car . Jennie walked with Rm and other guys . She extended her hand towards Rm and he gave her gun to her. V 's eyesight was still blurry but when he saw Jennie with a gun and walking towards him he was sure his brain had damage. V squinted his eyes closed and opened it again but it was still Jennie. How could- no a cute,sweet and pure girl like Jennie cannot hold  guns and walk with Rm. What was happening? Jennie sat in front of him and placed her gun down. "Hi! How are you? Jennie asked and smiled. "What happened why are you not smiling huh? Jennie asked . V still didn't understand or was he making his heart believe that. He didn't want to believe this was happening. "I told you we would meet today right,but what did you say no it's dangerous there are enemies who we have to fight?Jennie asked .
Jennie smirked and said ,Actually the enemy you were talking about the danger is me" . Jennie continued "didn't understand let me explain remember V I told you my name now let me tell you my full name,Lee Jennie,your enemy's daughter. Lee hyung woo is my dad. V stared at her quietly as she continued.
"Remember our first encounter what did you think?that you hit me with your car,no I intentionally stood in front of it so that Rm oppa and others could kill you but my bad" Jennie facepalmed "but then what all I had to do to earn your trust and to know about your plans,I even went on a stupid date with you so annoying " Jennie said not caring about the poor guy who's heart was broken into pieces. Every thing Jennie revealed and said was piercing his heart and he finally realized. He was played,V the most skillfull mafia was played by his enemy and a girl . But you know what's worse these days whatever he felt for her was true and 100% real. V truly loved Jennie with his whole heart . V never loved any girl but truly loved Jennie. But who knew Jennie was Lee 's daughter and was playing with him."hey" Jennie snapped her fingers in front of him "where are you lost the climax is not told yet the best part of the day" Jennie said and looked at him mocking him. "The best part is today is my birthday but I am giving this present to my lovely father,what a good daughter I am right". Jennie said and then her eyes turned cold,she picked up her gun and pointed at V. V closed his eyes waiting for the shot as slowly for the first time tears started forming in his eyes but didn't fall,no not again he wouldn't cry in front of her if he was going to die. He would not let Jennie see his tears. Jennie still didn't shoot him and lowered her gun and said "I am sparing you after all it's my birthday". Jennie smirked and stood up keeping her glasses. Jennie signalled Rm to open the jeep with the goods and load it in their trucks. She was gifting her dad the thing he most wanted and many could not do. She defeated Mr Kim and took his goods most importantly she played V and won. V lost to her.

V stared at Jennie as she was talking to Rm. He lifted his gun hands shaking as his wounds were getting worse. He was still lying upside down inside the destroyed car. V pointed his gun at Jennie to shoot her but couldn't do it.He loved her so much that he could not shoot her. He lowered his gun and watched as Jennie left with Rm and their goods. After the car was out of sight V finally let the tears fall. He's vision was blurry and more blood started coming out . Slowly his eyes closed and everything turned black.
