Yay so I finally finished my story.....this chapter sorta stumped me because I couldn't figure out how I wanted Ella to meet Cedric..... Anyway sorry for the shortness of the first two chapters they are just fillers.
_IN WHICH CHAPPY TWO IS REVEALED_
"Hell no." I snarled nastily causing Aleena; the dresser to flinch. Sapphire watched amusingly from my bed as I lifted up the top corset to cover my chest.
"Your highness, your mother has commanded me to make sure this is the dress you wore.." She tried once more. Aleena's aged face was wearing a saddened frown. Her eyebrows dipped with disappointment causing my heart to squeeze painfully.
Lacing my fingers together I lifted my chin with pride. My father is right, I'm going to be queen someday...why delay it? "Alright Aleena, I will wear the dress." That's all it took for a bright smile to take over her face.
"Oh princess you will look lovely! Let me go fetch your crown!" My eyes widened. I opened my mouth to tell her I could do without it but, she was already out the door.
I sighed and walked up to the body length mirror to take one more look in the mirror. The dress was colorful to put it simply. Puffy and princesse.
The corset was white with light blue lace. Diamonds placed in different places and sparkled as I moved. The dress flared out around my hips and pooled down my body in purple and blue ruffles. It was soft and silky to the touch.
My hair was twisted into a tight bun with a few strands of hair framing my face. My make up was light; maskera and clear lip gloss.
Oh yeah, keeping it real.
Sighing I swiveled around, taking note how the dress twisted then when it untwisted it flared out. Sapphire looked as if she would laugh. If she could laugh of corse.
"I feel like I'm going to be ate to night." I muttered. Taking a deep breath I reminded myself that I need to calm down. It was just a stupid celebration.
Saph nugged my hip with her head. The ears on top of her head flattened. 'Sing to me' her voice invaded my head.
She laid herself down on my bed. Shuffling over towards her I also sat down. Saph purred in content and
nuzzled her head into my lap.'I don't know what's worth fight for..'
My voice was soothing and light. Fitted for a princess.
'Or why I had to scream..'
I slightly paused and began stroking Saphs head lovingly. 'I don't know why I instigate and say what I don't mean...'
'I don't know how I got this way and I'll never be alright.......'
A knock sounded at the door and I finished the short verse sadly. 'And I'm breaking the habit tonight...' I exhaled deeply before calling out to the person to come in. I stood just as the door to my chamber creaked open. Quickly I looked down and began to fluff the ruffles of my dress.
"My, my don't you look lovely." A rough velvety voice spoke in the silence. The hair on the back of my neck stood and chills racked my spine. Not good. I stood frozen for a good ten seconds before regretfully looking up to the man I haven't set eyes on since I was nine.
His black greying hair was slicked back with globs of hair gel. Dark soulless eyes accompanied by bushy black eyebrows studied me dangerously. His crooked roman nose twitched as he took in the scents around him and those thin lips lifted into a smirk sending my wolf off in a growling frenzy. He stood tall and proud with his arms tucked behind his broad back.
