Chapter 3

Xie Lian wasn't left alone for very long; his alpha made some grumpy harrumphing sounds only a few moments after Xie Lian had turned his back towards him, and then cuddled up behind him. Xie Lian had half a mind to pull away from him again, but his alpha started kissing and licking his neck and shoulders much more gently than he previously had, even lightly stroking his stomach, and it felt like an apology. He even smelled apologetic, too.

In his heart, Xie Lian had already forgiven him, but he humphed anyway, burying his face into a pillow. His alpha kept working on his shoulders carefully for quite a while like this, before he pulled away a bit, and crooned in a soft voice. It all made Xie Lian feel a bit more pacified, so he peeked over his shoulder, making sure the look on his face was still a bit sad.

His alpha made a bit of a distressed sound, and nudged against Xie Lian's forehead with his own, careful not to hurt him. With that, Xie Lian's will to give him the cold shoulder shattered completely, and he hesitantly tilted his head up for a soft and sweet kiss, feeling very pleased when his alpha didn't try to push his own pace into it this time. They kept kissing like that for a while, before Xie Lian pushed himself up, and onto his alpha's lap, making sure to take that delicious length in slowly, and to savour the feeling of his alpha entering him. The deeper he could feel him, the harder it was not to moan, but Xie Lian was a very stubborn omega, and he didn't think his alpha deserved to hear him moan quite this early on.

He wasn't good at suppressing his feelings either however, so a loud and long, very blissful sounding moan escaped him anyway, before he even managed to sit on his alpha's lap properly. Afterwards, when he felt Hua Cheng so deep inside him that even the skin just beyond his belly button bulged, he didn't bother to try and hold his appreciative sounds in anymore, and let his weight settle onto his alpha's lap while whining and moaning luxuriously.

Luckily, his alpha knew to hold him then, and just hugged him against his firm chest, switching from rumbling to crooning and back several times, until Xie Lian eventually calmed down again. Still, he didn't feel like getting back to action just yet, and buried his head deeper into his alpha's chest, until he felt like he got coddled properly, with soft kisses all over his face, and gentle and slow caresses all over the rest of his body. He could finally enjoy the sort of attention he'd wanted, and did so for a rather long time.

However, he could tell that his alpha was starting to feel a bit uncomfortable without moving, so he figured it was time to have mercy, and he started rocking his hips against Hua Cheng's slowly, gasping when he felt once again just how deep his alpha was in him. After a few repetitions, Hua Cheng started meeting his rocking motions with his own, though Xie Lian let him know with his purring that he very much appreciated the fact that his alpha was complying with his pace now. He mewled until Hua Cheng shut him up with some very nice, very deep kisses, though his breath got knocked out of him when his alpha had used his distraction to lean so far forward that Xie Lian eventually landed on his back.

But apparently his alpha had learned, and didn't increase his speed again. Which left Xie Lian with ample opportunity to present himself to his alpha from his best side, something he'd wanted to do from the very beginning. With the insane pace his alpha had gone at it, all Xie Lian had been able to do was to flop around uselessly, but now he could twist and writhe prettily, like he'd originally wanted to. Even though he was still trembling from their lovemaking, he was in full control of his limbs and body; he pushed his chest upwards, arching his back and baring his neck, positioning his arms to lie above his head and shamelessly displaying himself for his alpha in the most tantalising ways.
