The young boy was sitting in an insane asylum like room with bars dividing a small space where someone would need to do a pull up just to see through
The door had a small slit under it just enough for food and water although they didn't get much anyway and a small barred window to peek into the room with a prison style bed propped up against the wall a small pillow and a thin sheet
Janus being cold blooded could never move very fast as he never had enough heat to warm his body and would always get severely beaten and bruised for it
Little Janus: who are you
???: oh I'm Lidia but you can call me lidy, L, Lid whatever you want!
Little Janus: oh ok well my names Janus but I guess you can call me Jan or J or something
Lid: anyway do you know what your power is?!
Little Jan: umm no they didn't give me one yet do you?
Lid: yea I can see people's memories and show them them and also block their memories but I can't get rid of them
Little Janus: oh that's cool! Do you know why you can't get rid of them?
Lid: nope
Little jan: oh ok
Lid: anyway so-
Lab assistant: Lidia you have your tests now hurry up before we give you extra!
Lid: oh sorry gotta go!
Little jan: ok bye!!
Outside the door you could hear muffled talking
Assistant: listen here you little brat! Don't touch him if you restore his memories you're in for a bloody rest or your life! Got that?!
Lid: we were just talking! I didn't even know that you blocked his memories!!!
Assistant: whatever Just hurry up and if you touch him you'll be moved to a different cell!
Lid: yes mam
Assistant: good
You could hear muffled footsteps going down the hall to the testing room however Janus never remembered what happened there his memories were blocked
