Her life these past years or way more had never been akin to sprinting through brume. She's certain on the path she was about to take. She had plans, she was happy but soon unlikely departed this life with untold stories left in this natural world.
Was this underworld occupation a good chance?
Sana...
Does it really have to end like that?
"SANA!!"
Sana wake up suddenly by a loud yell. Also, because her long night dream had come to its conclusion. The night movie had ended, credits had rolled. Now it was time to engage in the real world once more.
Though her eyes are finally open, she could not think of why; her heart is pounding, mind was filled of random, confusing scenarios. The moment she learnt it was Momo who woke her, breathing rate began to steady.
"We're going to film your 'a day in a life' today right? Hurry!" Momo pulls Sana's arm up.
The latter sat up, asking herself why can she remember all the things in her dream vividly. She feels her body so tired, and exhausted as if everything was real. The ending felt real that her tears flow on her cheeks automatically. She misses someone, she misses Chaeyoung.
"Um... Why are you crying?" It was strange for Momo to see this bubbly Sana crying early in this morning.
"It's so unfair!" Sana bawled her eyes out before pulling her friend for a comfort hug.
"I'm worried. Are you okay? Did you experience something scary last night? Or Have you had a sleep paralysis?" Momo brushes up Sana's messy hair, some unwanted strands were tucked behind her ears.
"Oh I wish I had." Sana cries out even more before noticing something. "Where did you get that?" The girl pulled off from the hug to take a look at Momo's current fit.
"Ah! This pink tracksuit? Girl, I didn't even know I had these in my closet. Jihyo also has a purple one too though. Why suddenly asking about it?" Momo rubbed her nape. Sana's acting weird today.
"Never mind, let's just get through this vlog." And they started filming inside Sana's room.
After that, they went to the kitchen where Jihyo cooks as always. They had the same avocado toast, talked about earning the bare minimum before taking a stroll outside together near the Namsan tower. It wasn't Deja Vu. Sana felt the day was different from that day or dream. She feels empty like she doesn't feel like vlogging today.
The next thing they did is to eat lunch at a beef restaurant which Sana expected. They ate well and stayed for more to enjoy peace in that restaurant while waiting for the bills to come. Not long after a waitress went towards their table and handed them a paper with a total amount written on it.
Sana could not believe what she's seeing right now. Or perhaps she's in another dream. She just kept staring at the person, blinking multiple times as she couldn't process everything at the moment.
"Ms. Minatozaki Sana. We meet again." That's when Sana knew she wasn't dreaming at all.
"Uh... Yes, Dahyun. It's- good to see you again." Sana can't breathe properly. Dahyun looks like a normal person. Strange to see her without her one wing, without her rusty dark angel armor. Dahyun in a butler fit is just okay, normal and Sana didn't feel intimidated as before.
"You saved lives, including mine. Thank you." Jihyo and Momo were just as clueless as Sana when Dahyun spoke. Before the latter go to the other table, she handed Sana another paper; smaller than the paper bills.
