"Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Fuck shit."
Matt opened the front door with messy hair, dark circles under his eyes and a strong smell of booze.
"Urrrrgh." Matt slammed the door as I entered and plopped down onto the blue sofa.
After sneaking out of Amanda's window I'd ran home. It hurt. It hurt alot, but I couldn't have mum and dad realise I wasn't there. My curfew had been 2am because that was the time dad got home from work most nights.
Mum had been up making pancakes when I'd opened the back door. A look of annoyance, worry and anger had passed mums face.
I showered, washed away the black mess in my hair, washed away the smugded eyeliner and left for Matt's house.
"Where was I last night, and what did I do?"
Matt smiled sleepily.
"Mmmm. Hmmm arrrh mmm." He mumbled before falling to sleep.
I rose from the sofa and searched the kitchen for a glass.
I filled the glass with icy water and made my way to the living room.
"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Matt yelled when the water had made contact with his face. At least he was awake now. He had all his attention on me, but he was mad.
Matt, like myself, was not a morning person.
"What happened last night?" I asked for the second time this morning.
"Honestly, I don't know. Oww." Matt placed a hand over his forehead and winced.
"At one point I saw you with Amanda," matt said with a wink, "then you were leaving with a huge group of people. Amanda included."
Boom.
Just like that I was bitch slapped in the face with a memory. Amanda was telling me she had a way of making hunger numb a bit so it wouldn't hurt as much
She had dragged me back into the party where people were drunk, dancing, throwing up and making fools of themselves.
"I need some more." Amanda had whispered to a guy with long, greasy black hair. He also had a face infested with nasty pink pimples. A gold tooth showed when he smiled in delight at Amanda's request.
"How much?" He asked, brown eyes twinkling.
Amanda turned to me, a pleading look on her face.
"How much money do you have with you?" She asked.
"Um... 30?" I said, counting the bills in my wallet.
"Well then, we will take an ounce." Amanda said to the guy with a big toothy grin.
