They made their way downstairs hand in hand. People were asleep everywhere. Literally. Someone found their way onto the counter in the kitchen. Asleep. Dead to the world. Jason pushed the person off and onto the floor. They groaned and rolled over on their side.

" What the hell? Rainbow! Darius! JAMES!" He tapped his foot impatiently. James popped his head into the kitchen doorway. Darius walked in and rolled his eyes, and Rainbow came up from behind them. Somwhow. It scared poor Tye. He just about jumped into Jason's chest. Not that Jason landed that part. " what the holy fuck did you do here?" He demanded. " We don't sleep like this! What are you going to do if we get attacked? The literally most sought after tribe to try to kill? Hmm?" He snapped.

James laughed. " I'm going to send our undead chunk of muscle after them, attack what I can, and let the psychotic girl to round everyone up. " He answreed almost immediately. " Besides it was an accident. Sort of. "

"What was? Giving everyone a damn sleeping tonic?? How did you even manage that?!"

Tye tapped his shoulder. " Jason.. I have a package. " He deadpanned.

Jason glanced at the kitchen island. He saw an opened box, it's contents sitting all over the counter top. Empty glass bottles sat next to it, and one on its side. Clothes, books, and a few trinkets sat along with them. All scattered.

James smiled sheepishly. " Standard for packages in the mail. Not matter how it gets here. We always go through them. " He shrugged softly. " Sorry Tye. Nothing personal. Just trying to keep people safe. "

Tye nodded. He understood. He didn't like it much. But, he did understand?

Jason looked annoyed as hell. " I hate that rule. Always have. Let's get rid of it unless it ticks or smells funky. Effective now. "

"Noted." Answered James.

Tye read the packages lable and a happy grin grew on his cheeks. He picked up the letter laying neatly next to the box, not opened, and read it aloud. "Something told Master Necromancer Trist you would need these things Little Bro. Use them well. I hope the next clues to your adventures lead you close. I have a personal matter to ask of you.

Always your Brother, Ruder. "

He glanced over at the things. Books titled with ocean names, books titled with oceanic creatire names, creative books, and mystic geography books laid in piles. The empty bottles scattered around were peculiar. Until Tye noticed a note on one's side in his brother's script. He read it aloud as well, "Master Trist said to send sleeping potions instead of the real potions. " He giggled. " Smart man. "

" For realizies. " agreed Rainbow. Tye rolled his eyes, and smiled at her.

He looked over the trinkets. Each one carefully labeled. " Witches pendant. Book 2. " "Fish gills. Book 5. " " Toadstool. Book 1. " He carefully sat the objects in order, and scratched his head.

" Seems Ruder's Master knows something we do not. " Jason said softly.

Tye nodded in agreement. " I think I know where we need to start out quest. "

"It would seem so..." Jason murmured in agreement. He watched Tye as he picked up a book with the witches pendant number on it. Tye flipped through the book until he came across a potions list.

Tye carefully looked through the text until he found sleeping potions, and stopped to read. Jason laid his head on top of Tye's head as he read. Rainbow, Darius, and James leaned against the counter watching as well.

It was easy for each of them to see what Jason saw in him. He was attractive. His eyes a pool of mystery and deception of the highest. They swam together, Gaagii and Tye, creating turmoil and perfection. The absolute perfect balance of life, and creation. While Jason was death, and destruction. He had freckles dotting his perfect creamy skin from the harsh sun of Death Valley. His mind was so vast. Open for anything. Everything. Tye was so smart. He was able to skim through books until he found the best solution, and handle the dirty work of a gun as well.
