By the time I got up to him and finished talking I could feel my energy being seeped out of me because of quirk exhaustion but I saved face waiting for him to say something, anything really because I was about to pass out right in front of everyone but before I did he clicked his tongue and muttered the word 'whatever' so I quickly made the key to the cuffs and got him out and then proceeded to put away my dagger and return the remaining light that I had to the room to give the others their full line of vision. I had about 30 seconds before I dropped to the ground and slept for who knows how long.
" First I want to apologize in advance for what just happened and what is about to happen. Just know that this is not a normal occurrence for me but I am severely jet lagged and running on 3 hours of sleep from the plane, and the reporters set me on edge when they swarmed, so I guess all I can say right now is I'll see y'all tomorrow and good night."
I don't know if the last part was even understandable but by then I was already falling to the ground out like a light. Literally.
