Putting the car into park you take in a breath. You'd always felt so intimidated going into your boyfriend's place of work.

It was one of the tallest buildings in your city, and your boyfriends personal office was around the middle, a little towards the top but low enough to where you could see people walking on the busy sidewalk, but it was always enough to make your knees tremble the slightest bit from how long you had to ride the elevator.

You had a small fear of heights... and elevators if you were being honest.

But, you really loved your boyfriend and wanted to do something nice for him. So you decided to bring him lunch for you guys to eat together. You packed two lunchboxes, each with a BLT sandwich --his favorite--, some sliced up carrots and cherry tomatoes, with a side of his favorite salt and vinegar chips and strawberries for dessert.

You felt he'd been overworking himself to try and get his new seasonal clothing line out. He told you he was fine but you constantly caught him skipping meals, and you didn't like that.

Grabbing both of the lunchboxes, and the extra one you made, you close your car door and start making your way to the humungous building in front of you --your black flats hitting the pavement bluntly as you did.

You walk up to the reception desk, placing the third lunchbox in front of him, you give him a smile before asking "Hey is 'Kashi in right now?" you ask, pointing up to the floor he's supposed to be one. He looks back to you, giving you one of his patented Mikkun smiles, "Yep, but fair warning he's been up there all day. I don't think he even came down for lunch earlier. I think he'd be happy to see you." he informs you, giving you one last wave before going back to typing on his computer and writing down something.

Mikkun, or more professionally known as, Hirito Mikuni, was your second favorite employee at this office, after your wonderful boyfriend, of course.

He was four years younger than you and six years younger than Takashi, making him twenty-two, though when he joined the company he was twenty --wow, two yeas past fast. Takashi was already a part of the company when Mikkun joined, (Takashi basically helped build the company up from scratch anyways) so when you first met him as an intern he was absolutely adorable. He was obviously nervous from getting the opportunity to work in such a high end fashion company. He was very jittery as he stuttered and stumbled over his words a lot while talking to you, and literally anyone who was a high rank in the company than him, which was obviously a lot of people.
Finding him during his break you decided to give him a few pointers about the people who worked there, what they were like, and what they liked and disliked. He was definitely grateful for someone being so nice to him, and his smile literally warmed your heart.

The next day when you showed up he gave you a box of pocky, claiming, "I wanted to thank you for helping me yesterday, but I don't know what you  like, I don't even know your name." And that was the beginning of a new friendship. Actually. Siblingship would be closer to describing the relationship you had with Mikkun. He was like the little brother you'd never had.

You'd even picked up some sibling like habits with him, you'd check to make sure he's eating enough, bringing him food when he wasn't. You got him presents for his birthdays, listened to his problems and helped him through them. He even came with you to some family get togethers because your parents and sister acknowledged him as family too.
He did the same, he would make sure you were healthy, tease you about your love life, but help you through your problems all the same.
