Chapter 4

My alarm shrilled exactly at seven. I sighed and yanked the warm sheets away. I dragged my feet while stripping to the bathroom. I let the cold water hit my sleeping body, waking it slowly. I chose my outfit carefully. A white shirt dress with a black corset that barely peeps out of my dress. I let my mane of curls loose making sure it was tame enough without the need of tying it up. I added the final touches of my make up before slipping on my ballet flats( yup, learnt my lesson) and headed out of my room.

Sarah was eating toast when I stepped into the kitchen. Her mouth hung wide open when she saw my outfit.

" Close that up before a fly goes in." I said while snickering,

" Who the heck are you trying to seduce?" Sarah asked while eyeing me suspiciously. I grabbed an apple and gave Sarah a kiss on the head before heading out of the door with my bag.

"you'll see" I said while winking. Which made her laugh. I slid into my car and roared the engine to life. The drive to school was barely ten minutes and I arrived in due time. As I drove into the car park, I saw Lucas's car just finished parking as I backed up into a slot next to his and got out making sure Haikal saw the full view of my long legs. Haha.. He did. I grabbed my bag and shut the door. I turned around to face him. Lucas's eyes was feasting on my body. His has no idea what I have planned for him. My dear lab partner. His gaze finally met my eyes, it was strangely intense. His hazel lens shone and his pupils dilated. Like I said, intense. My body was starting shuddering with intense tingles, but I pushed the feeling I had with everything I had. A smirk played on my lips. I bit my lip, causing him to shift his eyes to my lips instead.

"Morning , Lucas" I said, snapping him out of his trance which caused the smirk on my lips to be bigger.

"Morning," he said, barely a whisper. I waved him goodbye while walking into school. I could eyes boring into my back and expectantly turned around to find Lucas staring. To my surprise, he was not the only one. Blondie was glaring at me with all the hatred in the world. I rolled my eyes and turned to face the front again. Another person was staring at me, it was Clay. He gaze was deep but it wasn't as intense as Lucas's nor did his gaze made me shudder like Lucas's. I shook my head. What the hell? Why the heck am I comparing Clay to Lucas. Clay finally reached me and gave me a warm smile.

" Hey ," Clay said, his voice instantly warming me up.

" Hi Clay," I said while walking up the stairs.

" Mind if I walk with you?" he said while catching up to me " Sure ," I replied quietly.

" I was wondering..." Clay started. I looked up to face him. A small smile was playing on his lips.

" I was wondering if you want to hang out after school today?" he said calmly.

" I would love to but I'm kinda trying out for the school dance club today after school today," I said I while pouting.

Clay gave me a sad look before he lit up in excitement.

" Then I guess our first date will include you dancing for me to see," Clay cheekily while checking me out.

My cheeks went red as he said it. Clay's smile grew. Unfortunately, we had reached the lecture auditorium where my first lesson was. When, we stopped in front of the door and he leaned in to whisper in my ear,
