"This place again" - Hawthorne whined, opening the oak doors.

Morrigan and Cadence rolled their eyes. They barely managed to persuade him to go to the Gobleian Library again. The only thing he liked here was the beetle attack. Of course, what else can you like in the library? But they decided not to repeat this experience.

"Be patient, since you agreed to come with us" - Cadence shushed him.

"Exactly" - Morrigan agreed. - "Did you think you could do without studying books? We won't know anything then".

Hawthorne's scowl only deepened.

Roshni was sitting at the table, stubbornly searching for something in the book. Judging by her frown, she couldn't concentrate to find what she needed. This was not surprising, because Marina Cheery was standing next to her and was telling her something animatedly, gesturing with her hands.

"Good afternoon!" - the children greeted them.

The girls looked in their direction at the same time. Completely opposite emotions were reflected on their faces: Marina Cheery's face lit up with a radiant smile, as always at the sight of their Unit, and Roshni Singh's face immediately tensed (you could even say that she looked at them with some fear in her eyes), her eyes began to stare at them, she understood that they had come for a reason.

"Hello everyone!" - Miss Cheery greeted them joyfully, exchanging glances with Roshni. - "What a meeting! We didn't expect to see you here".

"Oh, uh, yeah, we didn't really plan on coming back here either. At least in the near future" - Morrigan began to pull at her fingers, but immediately pulled herself back. She needed to speak as confidently as possible. - "But we urgently needed to find some information related to the history of The Wundrous Society and Nevermoor for our common project" - she pointed to Cadence and Hawthorne, who nodded vigorously, confirming her words.

Roshni took off her glasses and pinched the bridge of her nose.

"Not again" - she moaned. - "Why don't you take the necessary books elsewhere? Safe and designed for children, for example?"

Miss Cheery also looked unsure this time. After that incident, she began to think about her decisions related to Unit 919 more often and tried not to put them at any risk.

"I don't even know what to say" - she clicked her tongue.

"I'm sorry, but you'd better get away from here. I don't want to risk your lives anymore" - Roshni shook her head.

"Please, Miss Singh. We really need books that are only in this library. We won't find them anywhere else" - the children looked at her with pleading eyes.

"Oh, don't look at me like that" - she slightly closed her eyes.

"What do you need so badly to find here that you are willing to risk your lives?" - Miss Cheery looked at them intently. The children tried to look as casual as possible. - "However, why am I surprised? You've been in more dangerous situations".

Indeed, meeting with giant beetles was not the most terrible event in their life.

Miss Cheery whispered something in Roshni's ear, which caused her to violently protest. But Miss Cheery said something again, and this time her girlfriend just muttered something displeased.

"Okay" - Roshni drawled without much enthusiasm. - "You can search for what you need. But" - she interrupted the children's jubilation that had already begun, - "I won't give you more than an hour, so try to keep within this time".

Well, that was quite enough, too.

"Thank you very much!" - the children thanked them.

"See that we don't regret it later" - sighed Roshni.
