You turn on your computer and start writing an email to Felicity Queen, Utaugen's CEO.
"Dear Ms. Queen,
My name is Magnolia and I'm the proud owner of Error, the Glitchy Bitty.
I need to inform you that today when the box came in it was mishandled and has injured my bitty."
You embed a picture of the upside down and dented package before you moved it.
"When I opened the box my bitty asked me, 'W-why are you fuz-zy?'"
You embed a recording of when you first opened the box, the recording shows Error squinting at you and asking the question.
"I know that the 'glitchy' voice pattern was an intended feature of my bitty and I am completely okay with that, but I have family who need glasses and for humans they are expensive, so this is very serious.
When I brought him to my local Bitty Boutique, and they did an eye test these were the results:
My bitty is legally blind."
You embed the eye test results and the receipt for all of the vision related fees including the eye test, lenses, and frames.
"He can see with glasses just fine, but this was due to your employees mishandling in the delivery of your products.
You seem like a very responsible person, and you care about your products, so I would request for at least a little compensation for the warranty that I paid for when I ordered my bitty.
-Magnolia, Customer of Utaugen."
