Near the end of the book, you notice two pages that didn't match any of the others.
One looked old and familiar... could it be? No way they could have saved it! Maybe?
You hoped you were right.
The other looked brand new like Mag's current diary.
"F-Ow!" You look down and realize you bit your fleshy left pointer finger because the Cinnamon Bunny was gone.
You let go as quicky as you can, but you see a drop of your blue magic fall on your pants.
You check your pockets for any healing items and thankfully you had a single Monster Candy.
You unwrap it and pop it into you mouth, you feel slightly queasy as you swallow the stale Monster Candy.
You sigh in relief as your wound heals.

Error flipped to the old page, and you were right! Mag did keep the one missing page from the diary!
While no humans knew about the lost page, monsters had theorized for years...
You did know one thing no one else did, it was for you.
They told you themselves all those years ago.
