The most underrated character out there, she's the best.

Ships have emotions, if not controlled regularly they can end up isolating themselves for thinking they are not enough, just like a normal person.

It's also the Commander's duty to make sure everyone is doing fine so far by controlling their emotional situation, you can say he acts like some sort of psychologist whenever it's needed and today wasn't the exception at all.

There was a certain ship in the Royal Navy who is usually very reserved with herself when it comes to feelings and emotions towards her sisters.

Historically speaking, HMS Monarch was supposed to be the sixth ship from the King George V-Class, even so, due to the lack of resources from the country due to the war, she was canceled and her parts were used for completing the rest of the ships from the class.

Thanks to the Wisdom Cubes, however, Monarch was brought to life as the original sixth battleship from the King George V-class and qualified as a "Priority Ship" for the fact she didn't exist at all like her sisters.

Despite all of what happened is in the past, Monarch never forgot what the Royal Navy did to her and the fact she was thrown away and forgotten by history itself, unlike her sisters who were highly recognized for their service.

She is not jealous of them but has a deep wound of hate towards the ones whom she once trusted and saw as a family.

That's probably one of the many reasons why Monarch has chosen to keep a low profile and barely communicate with her sisters.

|Two years ago...|

A Priority type of ship requires special resources and planning along with full hours of work as her development isn't simple. They have a slow building mostly due to the research needed for the Wisdom Cube to "mutate" into a normal shipgirl.

Some ships with less information about their past are more difficult to make than others.

Aside from all the processes involved, there's a particular facility that has been built to hold those projects of ships coming to life, the place is big enough to hold the real ship itself in full size until it's totally ready.

Today a new Priority Ship has been created, it took some time, but the final requirements were fulfilled for her to come to life.

The Commander was the first and probably the only one who was told about it and he didn't hesitate to immediately come to the facilities to welcome the new member integrating into the Royal Navy in particular.

After some time of walking inside the place, the Commander suddenly came to a stop when observing a particular new figure not far away and turned around while observing her full-size ship in those artificial dockyards.

Due to the fact it's a battleship, the ship takes a bit too much space.

Similar to her sisters, Monarch has an elegant type of attire consisting of a black officer hat adorning her long red hair, an open black coat with a few ornaments related to the Royal Navy, and a white uniform very similar to the one Y/N is wearing with the exception of a white skirt.
