Sorry for the lack of updates, college life is still not easy, but I'm still trying to write whenever I have free time. If you see any mistakes in the writing you probably know why.

When Azur Lane was first formed to fight back the Siren threat, it was composed of the eight strongest nations. Each one of them interacted in peace and offered different characteristics that were vital in the battlefield.

Eagle Union and their air supremacy.

The Royal Navy with their technological advances.

Iron Blood and their lethal riggings.

Sakura Empire and their lethal torpedoes.

And so on...

But this didn't last, new ideals appeared during the war against mankind's most dangerous enemy.

The forbidden power brought by the Siren was desired, many agreed it could be easily used to prevent any other conflict in the future.

But then others opposed this idea, saying that the main purpose of Azur Lane was to fight back the threat and not take advantage of their technology as it was unknown and dangerous.

The tension rose despite everyone's best efforts to calm down the conflicts that were now happening between the leaders of the different nations.

In the end, and failing to avoid internal conflicts, Azur Lane ended up dividing into two sides.

The Crimson Axis, composed of Iron Blood, Sakura Empire, Sardegna Empire, and the Vichya Dominion. They all believed that mankind's safety for the future could only be granted by using the Siren's technology at all costs.

And Azur Lane itself, composed of Eagle Union, the Royal Navy, Northern Parliament, Iris Libre, and the Dragon Empery. Their beliefs rely on the fact that using the Siren technology is a dangerous idea for both the war effort and humanity.

Both sides began a war against each other one year later. Humanity's best hope to get rid of the unknown enemy was now slowly breaking down.

And the Sakura Empire was the first one to make a move...

Even though the war between both factions was currently going on, it was a peaceful morning, no enemy ships from the Crimson Axis had been spotted during the last days.

Many believe that the war is stuck and it shouldn't be long enough until it's over.

At the current base, at the dockyard, both Arizona and Pennsylvania have just recently arrived. New orders have come from the high command for new moves around the Pacific along with some other ships.

Unexpected for them and during the least expected hour, huge squadrons of planes began appearing in the clear sky.

At first, they were confused by friendly planes approaching. That thought would be wiped out immediately when those different planes started to attack out of nowhere those ships who were stationed at the dockyards.

The air supremacy from what is expected to be the Sakura Empire was lethal to all the ships currently at the base. Apparently, some hostile aircraft carriers from the Crimson Axis have been spotted in the distance, though it's uncertain who they are.
