Once you finished eating, you put in your shoes and waited for Gon to put in his. After he put on his shoes, you and Gon say bye to Kurapika then leave the house. Gon takes your hand but you allow it since you were clueless on where you both were going. You start to feel your cheeks heat up but ignore it. You were following Gon from behind, looking around your surroundings. You were than near a park. But, you weren't going there. You kept walking towards a small building that was surrounded by Cherry Blossom trees. There were pink flower petals twirling in the air while slowly falling with the spring breeze. There was a small pond in the distance With the pink flower petals and lily pads floating on top. You stopped to get a better look at where you're at.
"It's so pretty here!" You exclaimed.
"Yeah, and so are you!" Gon smiles, than drages you into the shrine. You let out a small sqeak and gasp. Gon giggles at this reaction. You both bowed and took of your shoes before entering the shrine. As you were entering, you noticed how clean it is. You saw one of the sliding doors that had writting on it that read:

(Little Idea in how the Shrine looks like)
You let out a small hum when you read it. Gon slid the door open and let you go in the room. After you went into the room, he went in and closed the door. There was a small table in the center of the room. On top of the table was three candles. There were two thiner and longer candles beside the one thicker on in that middle. "人工知能 Ai", It read. He lights up the candles, revealing the beautiful smell of roses.
Gon pulled me in so now we were facing each other. He holds my hands and stares into my eyes as I do the same.
"[Y/N] , can I tell you something?" He asks after a moment of staring into your (E/c) eyes.
"Hm? What is it, Gon?" You reply. He starts to blush a bit. This was the first time he's blushed. Well, the first time you seen it. It was nice knowing that you weren't the only one whose blushing. He took a small step closer, and kept staring in your eyes, than finally spoke.
"Well, uhm, I really really like you, more than a friend. When we first met, I knew you were a good person. And after the incident and how you stayed with us, I felt a bond between us. And our relationship got closer.. It's okay if you don't like me back, I wanted to tell you because I didn't want to hide this secret from you."
You took a small step forward before giving Gon a tight hug.
" I love you too," You whisper in his ear. He had his left hand around your waist as the other layed on your head. You both stayed in that position for a moment until Gon released you. He cupped you face and leaned forward, having your lips touch. After a few seconds, you pulled away. You were a blushy mess. You were shocked. You heart was beating quickly. This was just like when you were running away from the ones who killed your 'Family', you had mixed emotions, but these were different. Instead, you felt happy, scared, embarrassed, and loved. Your arms were wrapped around his neck gently. Gon quickly pecked your lips once more before picking you up and spinning you.
"You don't realize how happy this makes me!" he says, with the cutest smile you've seen. Once he puts you down, he hold onto your waist and has your nose touch. Tears start to form in his Hazel-Brown eyes.
"aww, don't cry~" You giggle. You hug him tighter and shove your face into the nape of his neck. He also tightens his grip.
"I love you so much,"
"I love you too, Gon."
Gon pulls away from the hug, but still has his hands around you.
"You know, this is the shrine of love? Apparently if someone confesses here and they both really love each other, they'll be in love forever. And if both partners are truly inlove, The Goddess of love, Ai would be watching. That's the reason why they'll be in love forever."
"Forever seems like a long time.. Are you sure you wanna be with me fot that long?" You laugh.
"Yes, of course!" he hugged you once more. "Thank you."
