I have cried a thousand tears
And I thought it was the most painful one
But never did I knew how silent cries can torment more

No tears to gush down your cheeks
Not even the sound of sobs you try to conceal

You're just there in the dark
Trying to cry it all out
But the pain inside can no longer translate to tears

You're just drowning in pain
And you don't even want to swim for salvation
You're just there, crying silently in silence.
