Both of the Blake siblings stayed home from school that day. Octavia was sick with the flu and Bellamy decided to stay home with her to take care of her. Usually he wouldn't have been so worried, but she had already thrown up three times and refused to eat, which probably made everything worse.

"Jeez, being homeschooled all your life made your immune system weak. Not enough germs in the house," said Bellamy as he brought her another blanket.

"Apparently Jasper is sick too," said Octavia. "It's spreading."

"You got it from Jasper?"

"Guess so."

"Hmm..."

Octavia threw a pillow at him. "Nothing happened, okay? You think I'm gonna make a move on a boy while my brother's in the house?"

"I don't know, would you?"

"We're just friends."

"He seems to like you more than a friend," said Bellamy.

"Yeah? Well, what about you and Clarke?"

Bellamy raised his eyebrows. "What about me and Clarke?"

"There's something there."

"She has this crazy ex boyfriend that I would like to avoid confrontation with so-"

"Oh!" Octavia got so excited she literally bounced on her bed. "Finn? No, he's this kid that she slept with one time and he's obsessed with her or something. You don't have to worry about him."

"Stop talking and focus on not puking, alright?"
