The Best Thing I Ever Did

The sunshine pierce and struck my face. I softly groaned and squirm, hating how the sun want to pull me from this comfort I'm feeling. I move a little, but the hand that was wrapped securely around my waist pulls me closer until my back touches her front. Even though I can't see her, the scent was ow too familiar to me.

Lisa.

And yes I know what happens, I barge into her place and found it empty. I felt my body was about to give up, but I can't sleep and in the middle of the day, I remember when Lisa said that if ever I want to rest her place is open.

I just found myself opening the door of her place the next.

And when the familiar scent touch my nose my body relax and I also felt the need to cry, I don't know why I just felt it.

And the next thing I remember is seeing Lisa softly staring at me. That brings a lot of feeling and a sense of being safe to me.

So back here being wrapped securely in her embrace I can't ask for more. For the past weeks, I think nothing but being back here in her place, to see her be able to spend my time again with her. I just want to be near her so I can feel secure and I can become myself.

I tried to move again and attempt to get away, but Lisa also move and find my warm.

"No, 10 mins more." She mumbled.

As far as I want to stay too, I can't I have to prepare because we have scheduled for today and my member will probably looking for me now.

"But I have a schedule, Lis," I answered. I heard her sigh, a deep one before she loosen her arm around my waist. I already miss the warm you know.

"I'll drive you back to your apartment." She said this with her eyes still close. It's just 8 pass in the morning.

"No need I'll book a ride then you can sleep more here."

"I refuse. Now go take a shower I'll make coffee for us before we go."

I chuckled. She looks like a dead log.

"Let's just get one on the way," I suggest before standing up and heading to her bathroom. I took an oversized shirt that I found on her cabinet and freshen up myself. I went back to the room and found her sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Hi, good morning Ms. Perfect bangs." I tease, as I saw her combing her bangs down.

"I'm perfect." She retorts and also makes her way to the bathroom.

I just shake my head as a find her adorable dragging her feet.

I took my phone out and check my inbox. I almost widened my eyes seeing Jihyo, flooding message. I decided to open first our group chat and found Jihyo, also calling out my name there. And soon other awake members also started calling my name. One message caught my attention.

I waited, I waited for the familiar feeling to settle on me but there's none.

I smiled.

So to assure them I sent them a selfie, and just to tease Jihyo and Sana who was like crazy sending me tons of message. Then I toss my phone on the side waiting for Lisa. As I heard the door of the bathroom creak open, I look behind and saw her walking back on the bed.

"What time is your schedule?" She ask and lay down again.

"First schedule will be one hour and a half from now. I need to be back before that so I can prepare. And probably explain why I'm not there, cause Jih, literally flooding my inbox with a message."
