Monika continued to play and sing at a pace, it felt incredible. The soft piano notes mixed with the Gentle and Sweet voice of Monika was truly astonishing. Monika slowly ended the song with glee before looking at Yuri. Yuri was frozen in amazement, practically not moving. Yuri finally snapped back to reality, Looking back at Monika.
" A-Ah! I'm So so sorry, Monika . . I-It's just the song was so beautiful, it really warmed m-my heart and made me speachless. . A-And. . " Yuri rambled, turning red out of embarrassment along with trying to form a sentance.
Monika slowly took Yuri's hands into Hers. Monika looked into Yuri's eyes, sighing.
" Oh Yuri. . You're always like this. " Monika claimed, smiling sadly.
" H-Huh. . ? " Yuri questioned, lifting an eyebrow.
" You're always so apolegetic, even if it's not your fault. . You've always been the nicest and shyest member of my Club, and i want to get to know you better. So please, don't apologize. . " Monika smiled sweetly, she wasn't lying, and she had to get all of that off of her chest. As in, she had so many things she wanted to talk about and do with Yuri but never got the chance.
Yuri blushed in a bright red tone, Looking into Monika's eyes. Yuri quivered her lip, holding back tears of joy. Yuri slowly smiled back at Monika, the smile widened, never like before.
" T-Thank you, Monika . . A-And i'd love to get to know you better aswell. " Yuri claimed, holding Monika's palms tightly out of joy.
" But asside from that, Lets head back to the Literature Club, Hum? " Monika stood up, still holding onto Yuri's hand and brushing off her skirt.
" Oh, Right, Indeed. . Yes. " Yuri laughed nervously as her heart skipped a beat. She had just held Monika's hands! Yuri generally loved Monika as a friend but this time . . She felt something diffrent, a new feeling perhaps? Was it Pleasure? No. . Perhaps Happiness? Wait, ofcourse she'd be happy. What if its. . Love?
Yuri was in deep thoughts during the walk back to the Literature Club. Yuri was still questioning her sexuality, which made the question even more confusing. Yuri has never dated anyone before, nore had a crush. Her parents suggested a few boys for Yuri to get together with, But Yuri was simply just not interested in Men. Yuri looked at Monika as they got to the Literature Club.
Monika grabbed the door knob, opening the door to see Sayori and Natsuki both asleep, cuddling together in the corner. Yuri was shocked, yet Monika had a smug expression.
" I always knew thease two had a thing for eachother. " Monika spoke, chuckling.
" Really? I've never noticed. " Yuri responded, softly giggling.
" I suppose they look quite adorable together. "
" I know, Right? They're the perfect match! " Monika happily exclaimed.
" I suppose so. . " Yuri replied, quietly.
" Hum, Maybe we should end the meeting for today? They're already asleep and we're the only ones actually awake. " Monika spoke
" Mmh . . Good idea. " Yuri agreed.
Monika grabbed a small notepad and pen then proceeded to write.
" What are you writing . . ? " Yuri questioned.
" Oh, Just a note for them that the meeting ended and that we're leaving. " Monika replied, continuing to write before she'd hang the note on the board with a magnet.
