After watching her mom get beaten up by the phantom runner she was in her way to the hospital but she didn't know which one after a call from mitsuki saying she's at the that specific hospital Izumi rushing towards there she arrived and asked the nurse what room her mom was in the nurse tells her what room she's in after heading inside the room she sees her mint her all wounded up and hook up onto the hospital machines and sees the other heroes
Aizawa:Izumi
Izumi:is my mom alright
Midnight:she's fine but...
Izumi:but what ?
Toshinori:I'm sorry to say this but you mother can't be a hero anymore
Izumi:what why ?
Aizawa:the doctor told us that her spine is broken and she can't no longer move

Aizawa:it was the phantom runner he did this he wanted payback for what we done to Yn We didn't let him have a normal life

Izumi:it's your fault all might if you didn't told me what his father was or his powers were I could've made Yn life happy but no you wanted me away from him because he's the son of the reverse flash I wouldn't care I wanted to be with him more as a friend and now he's mother gone and Yn gone as well and now my mother can't do hero work anymore congratulations heroes instead of saving lives you keep destroying them
Izumi tears up
Izumi:Yn I'm sorry for everything I'm sorry for it all

Izumi:mom I'm sorry this happened to you I really am we all ruined Yn life I couldn't date him even though I wanted to but not he's gone what has that gotten me a ruined friendship,a ex bully of a boyfriend,Yn death,I don't deserve to have happiness if I was in Yn shoes i can understand his pain

After hearing the news about telek or Inko not being a hero anymore Yn smiles crazy knowing that he just started his vengeance list next on the list is endeavor instead of hurting him first Yn going to hurt him mentally by destroying endeavor career then breaking him physically
