Long story short Ezra showed up on a Saturday afternoon wearing a white buttoned-up shirt and brown trousers with brown dress shoes. He tugged on the black-tie huffing out a breath. It was too tight. This whole outfit was tight but like an idiot, he accepted the job. Today was his first day working there. Kathrine and Nikolai would help get his room set up. Kathrine however could not move in with them because she was bound by contract to serve Lucifer for eternity. It wasn't a very sweet deal but she didn't mind it. Till now at least.

Ezra walked inside looking around seeing more people them usual walking around. Did that guy just have a gun? He brushed it off remembering how humans love their guns. He shut the door before freezing as he heard his name being yelled. He turned around seeing Clarice glaring at him. First day and he's already about to get fired.

"My husband is annoying! Ugh. I want coffee. Can you make coffee? Go get me a coffee. Black no creamer with two sugars. Chop chop. I will be in my husband's office trying to find out why he canceled our date to the freaking Bahamas!" She complained snapping her fingers at Ezra before walking up the stairs.

Ezra looked confused before going to where he would assume the kitchen was. This job was going to be hard but he knew he would need to do it. He needed to get out of that house away from Kieth and the others. If they found out what happened.

"You must be new." A shy timid voice spoke pulling Ezra out of his thoughts. He looked at the owner of the voice seeing a five-foot silver-haired boy dressed in the same outfit as him.

"I'm the wife's personal servant." Ezra responded rubbing the back of his neck. A nervous tic he had.

"I feel bad for you. I'll help you. What did she want?"

"Coffee black three sugars." He recited the best to his memory. The silver-haired boy put on a thinking face before pulling Ezra to the coffee maker.

"Watch me make it and then you will know how to make it for the future." He said grabbing a coffee mug putting it under the hole where the coffee will come out of. Ezra nodded as he watched the boy explain how to do it and what way to do it so she doesn't throw a fit.

"And it's two sugars. Not three." He added at the end of his explanation. He smiled at Ezra giving him the mug.

"Ah, thank you uh..." Ezra trailed off at the end not knowing his name. They didn't get name tags either so who would know who is who.

"Kyler." The boy said holding out his hand.

"Ezra," Ezra responded shaking the boy's hand. "I'm going to go give her the coffee now." He added on before walking off. He stopped in his place rubbing the back of his neck turning around.

"The office is up the stairs through the double doors on the left. You can't miss it because a man is standing there." Kyler chuckled answering Ezra's question before he asked.

"Thank you."

Ezra went upstairs heading the way Kyler said to. And true to his words, a man was standing there. He narrowed his eyes at Ezra who frowned before showing him the coffee. He opened the door nodding his head to go inside.

Ezra walked inside stopping in his tracks seeing Roman kissing Clarice. He stood there for a few moments before clearing his throat. Clarice pulled away shooting him a glare and Roman looked confused before frowning at Ezra.

He took the job. Roman clenched his fists before releasing a breath. Tiny boxes. Tiny boxes. He went around his desk sitting down.

"Oh, my coffee!" Clarice exclaimed seeing the mug in his hand. He gave her a nervous smile handing her the coffee. "Now I want you to sit there and be quiet till I need you- better yet organize those books alphabetically." She continued as she took the coffee.
