Hello
This rant is a mix of bias and opinion with the added creamer of overthinking.

I always get bothered by the Henituse Family, especially when they start scolding and act close with Cale. It just rubs me the wrong way.
I understand that they're clueless about the whole transmigration circumstance but as KRS!Cale said in the first chapters, the OG Cale's relationship with his family wasn't good; the relationship was more like, 'Hi, I know you exist but I won't interact with you at all'. Thus, when they act all close with Cale after KRS transmigrated and was nice to them which I bet was out of guilt and the money. Even then, they were still hesitant as if to test their chances.
My impression on them got worse after Cale's hero acts(the said hero begs to differ) become widespread knowledge and hence Cale become known as generous and warm-hearted person. The Henituse family start treating him like some sacred family member all of a sudden which is understandable but they can be considered outsiders to whatever Cale's doing. They're barely there fighting with him and let's be honest, if Cale's sense of responsibility and his love for money wasn't so big, he would've ghosted them the moment he found the Super Rock Villa(try to change my mind).
They're not even trying to understand Cale and just making assumptions based on the rumors in which I admit that Cale's at fault also for not voicing his thoughts but that's Cale being Cale. Also, Cale probably has more money than the Henituse family and if he doesn't, he can earn it by scamming, looting, and doing business.
The one that ticked me off the most was when Duke Deruth got some bodyguards for his eldest son without consulting the said person. His connections are wide and he has reliable allies and blah blah blah but Cale doesn't need another Clopeh or people will keep complimenting him like he's some saint. Leads me back to them not putting effort in getting to know him and only to get on his good side by helping him in the only way possible--money.
Then the Calebab incident, when Cale got threatened that he will become the next Duke, one part of me was 'Finally' but another side of me was 'Does he have to right to?'. First of all, hurray for them to finally learn something about Cale. Second, they have little to no knowledge to what Cale is doing(unless they have a spy without cale's consent and I will riot if that is true) and I bet they don't even though why he doesn't want to be the Duke.
Also, if they don't try to help Cale and Cale ghosts them, imagine the insults and bad reputation they will receive due to Cale popularity. They became a Dukedom thanks to Cale and more wealthy thanks to Cale.
To be blunt, the Henituse Family are suck ups from my point of view. They don't have enough screen time for me to like them.

This makes me realize how much of Cale's relationships are built and building on misunderstandings.
If it isn't obvious, these are not organized at all so apologies if it's hard to understand. Writing is just a hobby for me.
Hope you have a good day
