TW: NEEDLES AND DRUGS

(Y/n's POV)

I layed in bed, thoughts going around and around in my head.

"Is Nic okay? Is he sober? Is he asleep?"

I decided to get out of bed and find him. He always promised to share his location with me at all times. He was somewhere I didn't care whoevers house, apartment, condo he was at, I needed to find him.

I got to the location. I knocked on the door. Nic answered,

"What are you doing here?" He asked, I saw dirt on his face.

I squinted at him,

"Why do you have dirt on your face?" I said. I saw a girl figure behind him, I recognized her face.

"Nic move." I said, shoving him lightly.

My heart dropped. It was Lauren, I saw needles on the coffee table.

"It's not what it looks like Y/n!" Nic said, touching my shoulder.

I knew it. Lauren was always encouraging him. I hated her, Nic and I have been friends since we were little. I always knew she was never good for him.

"Lauren.. Get..the..FUCK..OUT NOW!" I said, She flinched.

She quickly got out. I shut the door.

"Nic. You said you would try to be sober!" I said tears running down my face.

"I-I know. It's just..I can't, I've tried. I just-" Nic said stuttering.

"Look Nic, Lauren isn't good for you! She's making it WORSE!" I said picking up his crap off the table.

"Your dad is trying so hard! Jasper and Daisy are sad! THEY CARE ABOUT YOU! Th-They miss you so much." I said, staring straight into his eyes.

"I love you so much Nic. I hate seeing you like this." I said, as he pulled me into a hug. Tears running down my face, staining his shirt with tears.

"I-I'm sorry." Nic said, tears falling down into my hair.

"Sorry to ruin the moment but, you smell really bad Nic." I said. We bursted into laughter.

"Alright I'll go take a shower." He said, pulling away from the hug.

The next morning we decided to visit Karen and David.

We got to the house.

"Nic!" Jasper and Daisy said running out of the house.

"Hey!" Nic said, picking them both up.

I picked up our bags,

"I'll meet you inside Nic." I whispered in his ear.

"Ooooo, Y/n loves Nic!" Daisy said.

"I do not!" I said, starting to head inside.

I got inside and put our stuff on Nic's bed.

While I was packing I heard a knock. I turned around and saw David.

"Hey!" I said, standing up to hug him.

"Is Nic okay?" He asked.

"Yeah! He's been doing a bit better." I said.

"Another thing to say." David said.

"Daisy wants you to come and have a water balloon fight with her, Nic, and Jasper?" He said.

"Yeah! I'll be out in a minute." I replied.

I closed the door and changed into a plain dark green one-suit, and tied up my hair.

I got outside.

"She's finally here!" Daisy said, running up to me.

I picked her up, and put her on my hip.

"We're doing Girls against Boys." She whispered in my ear.

We both giggled.

"So Boys against Girls?" Nic asked, staring into my eyes.

"Correction, GIRLS against BOYS. Girls are always first!" I said, rolling my eyes.

"OKAY YOU GUYS READY?" Karen asked, bringing the bucket of water balloons over.

"Yup!" I said, loud enough so she could hear.

I said Daisy down on the grass. Karen set down the bucket.

Me and Daisy grabbed as many balloons as we could.

I threw my balloons at Nic while Daisy threw hers at Jasper.

The Girls won, as always.

We all went inside after a while of playing outside.

I took a shower and changed into a Nirvana shirt and sweatpants.

Me and Nic went down for lunch.

(Third person POV)

Once Daisy and Jasper finished eating they had a plan.
They headed to the living room.

"Okay I got it!" Jasper whispered to Daisy.

"Let's make Y/n and Nic play Princess and Prince!" Jasper said to Daisy.

"You will get Y/n ready to have a fake picnic with Nic. I'll get Nic ready!" Jasper said quietly, but still loud enough for Daisy to understand.

"That's a good plan!" Daisy said.

They both giggled.

After lunch Daisy called Y/n to the living room.

Daisy had her fake plastic hair curler, and her hair clips.

"What is it Daisy?" Y/n asked as she walked into the room.

"Come Princess Y/n!" Daisy said, grabbing Y/n's hands.

Y/n sat down on the carpet, and let Daisy do her hair.

"You will have a royal picnic with Prince Nic." Daisy said giggling.

(Jasper and Nic)

Jasper called Nic to his room.

"What is it Jasper?" Nic asked.

"Come Prince Nic!" Jasper said.

"Okay?" Nic answered very confused.

Nic sat down on the floor as Jasper styled Nic's hair.

"You will be going on a royal picnic with Princess Y/n!" Jasper said giggling.

Jasper and Daisy were finally done. They both brought them outside.

Daisy had set up her play food in a fancy way.

Y/n and Nic sat down on the blanket.
"Have fun!" Jasper and Daisy said as they giggled.

"What are they up to?" Nic asked.

"I honestly don't know. But it's cute I guess." Y/n said squinting.

"What are we supposed to do?" Nic questioned as he and Y/n  laid down on the grass.

Y/n and Nic turned around and looked at each other. Y/n stared into his green eyes, his blue outline surrounding them.

Nic leaned in, his lips touching Y/n's.

"GROSS, YUCK!" Daisy and Jasper screamed.

Nic and Y/n stood up from the grass.

"You guys planned this!" Y/n said, rolling her eyes.

"You guys are nasty!" Jasper screamed.

Nic kissed Y/n again, yet longer than earlier. Just to tease Daisy and Jasper.

"THAT'S IT WE'RE OUT OF HERE!" Jasper screamed, running with Daisy.

Y/n and Nic giggled.

"Did you mean that?" Y/n asked.

"Yeah, I did." Nic said, grabbing her hand.
