I actually planned on updating this book after another SmSn oneshot (yep, another one)
But my love for EveSou is just way bigger apparently www (even if they're the first pair I'll write angst for-)
Ok anyways onto the story- this might not even make sense since it just came out from the top of my head so- enjoy!

"Eve-San! Here's your drink!" A silver haired boy approached Eve while taking a bottle of Ramune from his bag
"Thank you very much Sou Chan!" Eve, patting Sou on the head
"Uwahh... why doesn't Sen-Chan buy me a drink after practice?" Cue Shima whining
"Eve San was kind enough to not ask for anything while filling out the blank space on your team" Senra smacked Shima on the back of his head
"Ow! What was that for?!"
"Gomen Maashi, I wasn't carful..." Sakata, the person Eve filled in for
See, Sakata wasn't carful while going down the stairs and twisted his ankle, so he'll have to stay out of the basketball practices this week
"It's fine really, but still, you should be more careful"
"You're really lucky Maashi's the team captain Sakata" Urata might have had a angry voice, but that doesn't stop him from patting the redhead
"Why did I bother... Luz, pass it" Your favorite ravenette, yep, how did he end up in the school's official basketball team? That's a whole other story. Urata still questions his life decisions after seeing that Soraru is actually good at it
And Luz being the good doggo (AtRの犬 Wwwwwwwwwwwww Gomen gomennnnn) he is, passed the ball to Soraru
Eve and Sou are besties, like Mafu to Amatsuki and Senra to Sakata (am I the only one that thinks of omuraisu and tomato+fried eggs when I see SakaSen?)
That, everyone knew about, but what they didn't know was, Eve and Sou actually likes each other and unlike the others, they're actually good at covering it up (even if they didn't manage to escape for Nqrse, a literal shipping machine)
"Alright minna! Let's leave it here for today! Great job and thank you Eve-San!" Shima called everyone to pack up and leave
After everyone left, Sou asked: "Nee, Eve-San?"
"Mhm?"
"Do you think that... liking the same gender is disgusting..?"
"No, in fact, I have a crush on a certain boy"
"W-who...?" Sou didn't even realize he had visible disappointment in his voice, and Eve obliviously picked it up
"You silly" Eve smiled and pressed a kiss on Sou's forehead
"Eh?!" Sou's face burned up, but he was happy!
*graduation day*
"Sou-Chan! Happy graduation day!" Sakata ran up to Sou with Mafu behind him
"Mn, I can't believe it's ending already!"
"Ah, Sou-Chan! Happy graduation!" Mafu finally caught up
"You too!"
After hearing the assembly announcement, they all went to the field for the graduation talk
Everyone exchanged smiles and was all left on their way to the beginning of their own adult life
"Eh? Eve-San?" Sou spotted his boyfriend with a bouquet of flowers next to their car
"Happy graduation, Sou-Chan" Eve gave Sou a big hug and handed him the flowers
"Yep, I really can't believe I'm 21 now-"
"Hehe, you still look as cute as ever"
"Ah mou! Eve-San!"
"Ww, but now that you're an adult, have you decided what you want to do?"
"I wanna work at a toy shop!" Sou, happy and energized (it's from Minami's tag question I said I would wanna see Sou work at a toy shop idk why www)
"Well, we can try, you worked at a candy store when you were younger didn't you?"
"Yep!"
"Alright, let's go"
"Hai hai!"
*4 years later*
Sou came back home with a very gloomy face
"Eve San I-"
"Sou... I'm sorry to say this but... we're gonna have to break up"
"W-what? No- this- this isn't funny!"
"I'm not joking, we're breaking up"
"W-why"
"I just don't love you anymore..."
"N-no! Eve-San said he would love me forever!"
"That was just a mistake I made, anyways, I shall be taking my leave"
"..."
*bang*
The door slammed shut, Sou fell down to his knees and tears flowed out of his eyes, he cried, loud and hard, until he couldn't cry anymore, then he went to sleep
*about 2 years later*
Sou has received a package on his door step, he opens it was curiosity and inside he found a letter and a stuffed animal
He read the letter and it said:
"Sou-Chan, how are you? I'm sorry to remind you about our break up but by the time you have received this letter, I will be dead, the doctors said I had cancer, the one which couldn't be cured. I didn't dare to think what would happen to you after you knew, so it was better to let go first. It's a shame... you would have looked beautiful in a wedding suit, sadly I'm not there to see it...
You said you always wanted me to make a stuffed toy for you, so I made a bunny while I was in the hospital. Lastly please, don't take any of what I said to heart, you'll always be my dearest Sou-Chan, forever and ever."

"..." tears flowed out of Sou's eyes, just like that day 2 years ago, he hugged the stuffed bunny and cried while slowly scratching the floor
*a few months later*
Sou wasn't looking at the traffic light when crossing the road and was announced dead in a car crash, but Sou smiled in his last moment on earth
*2 decades later*
A boy with silver hair walked up to the front of the class, it was his first day in highschool!
"初めまして！Souです！よるしくね、皆さん！"
"Sou..." a blonde male mumbled and looked up, their eyes met, and suddenly something clicked
"Eve-San... may I sit here?"
"Of course, my dearest Sou-Chan"
