Chapter 5

Lorraine's POV
After she fainted. . . . . .

Darkness. All I could see is darkness, I couldn't see anything at all. Am I dead? I tried to walk forward, a small light came into my vision.

I walk towards the light. Now it was infront of me, I touched it. Suddenly I was in a field. A beautiful field. It was filled with flowers and I could hear animals near by.

Then I saw them. The people who I love most. I saw my parents.

"Hi honey." My mom said.

"Mom, dad ?" I managed to chocked out.

They both nodded, and open their arms. I ran up to them and gave them a bone crushing hug. Afraid if I let go, they would disappear.

"I miss you guys so much." I whisper to them. by now I have tears running down my face.

"We miss you to." My dad said. "But we're really sorry we left you."

"It wasn't your fault, it was the Alpha rouge's fault." I said, it was true.

We didn't have a pack at that time, and we live in a small town. It was a neutral land, so we were like rouges. My parents didn't know that there was an Alpha rouge there. The Alpha rouge decided to make a suprise attack on us one night.

I was just 11 years old at that time. My mom was in the kitchen, my dad was in the dining room reading news paper, and I was just watching tv. There was a bang on the door, my parents walk out of the room at the same time I walk out. My mom told me to go upstairs. I was about to go to my room when there was a loud crash down stairs.

I went to the stairswher they can't see me but I can see them. I saw my parent were in wolf form and my mom was on the floor bleeding. And my dad was fighting someone who was also in wolf form. But my dad lost and was ripped to pieces. After that the mysterious wolf left. I went downstairs and ran up to my parents. I was already balling my eyes out.

I saw my mom slowly open her eyes and look at me.

"I'm so sorry honey, but I want you to leave this town and live okay ?" I nodded. Right after she said that her eyes flutter close and she was dead. After that I found daggers and a few guns in my dad's study room. Then I left the town and I travel around and trained myself.

"I am just happy that your still alive." My mom said.

"But we don't have any time." Dad said sadly.

"Why can't I just come with you guys." I wanted to cry again.

"Its not your time yet, but we have something for you." Mom said while giving me a necklace. It had my first name inicial, L. It was made of steel.

"This necklace is enchanted, if you want to talk to us, you can use this necklace." Mom said

"Thank you." I said, while hugging them.

"Goodbye." They said hugging me back.

"Goodbye. . ." I whisper as they start fading away.

I slowly open my eyes, and all I see was white. I look around, I figured that I was in a hospital bed.

'Hello.' A voice in my head said.

'Who are you ?' I asked

'I'm your wolf, Lhea.'

'Well hi Lhea I'm Lorraine.'

'I figured.' She said while chuckling.

Then the door opened reaviling a nurse.

"I see that your awake." She said giving me a small smile.

"How long have I been out ?" I asked her returning her a smile.

"2 days."

"Where am I by the way ?"

"Your in the Red Rising Moon Pack, I heard that you save our beta from a gun shot."

"I didn't know what got to my mind that time, but I did have a gut feeling that I have to save him."

"I just mind-link the Alpha, his on his way here now." Right after she said that, the door banged open. There stood the most handsome guy I have ever met.

He had dark brown hair that covers his forehead, a strong jaw line.

'Mate ! Mate ! Go to mate !!' My wolf said

"Mate" I whispered.
