Chapter 8

Lorraine's POV

What am I supposed to say?!

"Uh... I-uh... Um..." I stuttered.

"Are you okay ?" Aaron asked me, concerned.

"Uh... Yeah. I'm fine." What the hell am I gonna do?

"So, are you gonna tell us about your parents now?" Jake asked.

Suddenly, a pain shot through my body. I felt like my muscles and bones are arranging. I screamed in pain, all eyes are on me now. Confusion, horror, worried, and so many others I can't name.

"Lorraine! ! ! What's wrong with her ?" Aaron asked.

"I think she's shifting!" Someone said, I couldn't make out the voice.

I was in too much pain that I didn't notice that someone carried me outside and ran towards the woods.

Aaron's POV

I carried Lorraine bridal style and ran to the forest. With the others on my tail.

"Don't worry Lorraine, were gonna help you." I muttered as I continue running. We found a clearing and I gently set Lorraine down in the middle.

"She's gonna be alright, her wolf will take over and shift." Anne said while rubbing my back.

"I hope so." I whispered.

Lorraine's POV

I curled around and hugged my body. I wanted to screame in pain but I keep my mouth shut. I squizzed my eyes shut and try to block the pain.

"Lhea? Lhea! Help me." I yelled in pain, while thinking of it.

"Don't worry, I'll take over."

I opened my eyes and felt my eyes shift. I felt my bones re-arranging.

After a few minutes, I was standing in four feet, or should I say four paws.

All four of them stared at me in awe.

"What do I look like?"

"See it yourself, silly." Lhea laughed.

"Shut up."

I walked around trying to get used to my new form. I walked up to a pond that's right beside an oak tree. I glanced at my reflection, and gasped. I was a white wolf, with silver streaks. My usual blue eyes were now purple with blue streaks. I look drop-dead gorgeous.

I turn to look at the others. They were all still frozen and I let out a wolf laugh. Their faces were priceless.

"Um how do I shift back ?" I asked Lhea.

"Just think of your human form."

I closed my eyes and thought of myself. My long light brown hair, my light blue eyes and my small pink lips. Then I felt myself changing again. After a few minutes, I was standing. I look down to see that I still have my clothes on. Weird.

"Y-you were beautiful." I snaped my attention to the guys and Anne. Aaron was smiling at me.

"Thanks." I smiled back.

"But how come you still have your clothes on." Max asked, confused. I just shrugged.

"Come on, we better get back its almost night time." Anne said.

And we began walking back to the pack house.
