Chapter 3

Fw:blood

By the time I got to Alyssa, I hugged her hand and felt tired. She led me towards her chest and I sat down, I heard the beating heart of the giant as it soothed down and became less and less bouncy. My eyes slowly closed as the voices around me became softer overtime and soon disappeared.

I gasped and sat up quickly, I was in my bedroom, I looked down and lifted up my shirt, no marks?, I stood up and looked out of the window, it was broad daylight, I looked down again and placed my hand on my head, what happened, was this all a dream?, I began to run my fingers through my hair to get rid of the annoying little parts that cover my eyes until I heard noises coming out from the hallway door, most of it was murmur till I heard "I think he's in here!" The door slowly unlocked making me jump under my bed and quietly shift my body weight towards the wall. I covered my mouth and watched as feet move around my whole room, one pair stood at the side of my bed, I got very scared as the feet became knees then knees became a face. The figure stared at me right in the eyes and just stood up gesturing the others that I'm not there.

After a while of waiting most of the team went out but one other person looked where I was and I heard a gun click, "Tell noone about this, now get up and follow the rest of the team." "Y-yes sir." The person got up and left the room while closing the door. I peaked my head out and watched as the masked man take it off, it was the pink man , Wait! It wasn't a dream Afterall, but how is he my size, I got out of the hiding spot as he span around and looked at me, those pink eyes melted my soul as I stared into them. He waved his hand infront of my face, "Hello? Earth to Dominic, you okay?" I snapped out of it and looked at him confused, he did it back at me. I walked around him while lifting his arms up and checking them, I meet up to his face and blushed by not realising how close I was up to his face, I briefly took a couple steps back and bumped into the bedside table. I heard footsteps run down the hallway, "Welp, it's the Evening but hold on!" He wrapped his arms around me after opening the window, "Get ready!" The door slammed open as he jumped out of the window backwards.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" I yelled out as we nearly hit the ground, my life flashed before my eyes as I kept my eyes closed and hit the ground, a clothed material covered the ground. I opened my eyes to see I was on-top of the giant Wilford, "Cover your ears." He whispered to me in the lowest volume he could do. I did what he said as he got up and looked through my window and had rounds of bullets penetrate his cheeks, He wiped his hand on his left cheek and had a small amount of blood smeared on his hand, he looked up at them angrily and said "look away Dominic." I closed my eyes as I heard faint screaming, while trying my best to crawl away from him, the sound of crunching came to my interest and I accidentally open my eyes seeing a angered Wilford and a bloody mess all over him and the floor.

I uncovered my ears as I heard the last crunch sound from someone's head, I felt scared for my life as he looked at me with that angry expression still on his face. He calmed down and looked at the mess he made, he took out a cloth from his pants pocket and started cleaning the blood off the floor "I wasn't expecting this really. I'm sorry for what you have.. witnessed." He was done and jammed the cloth back into his pants pocket and used his sleeve to wipe off the blood on his face. He looked at me as I clenched both of my arms and pressed my legs against my chest and slowly rocked myself, "Look I know you're scared of me but you have to trust me on this one." He puts his hand out towards my way while crouching "If I did nothing, they would've followed us and well, I didn't want you to die." He gave a little chuckle as I slowly stood up, blood was still pouring out of the bullet holes and I gestured to him about it "Oh, don't worry about that, ill be fine." I sighed and grabbed his hand. Before I knew it both hands wrapped around my chest again and I was brought up to his face. In fear he'll eat me as well, I tried to pry open his hands but immediately stopped when he stood up, I definitely didn't want to fall from how high I was.

He placed me in a position where I was laying on his arms while having his chest as support on one side, I cried in silence as he started walking through the forest behind the hotel, his heart was beating rythimatic and I couldn't get off his chest, I had the fear of heights now if I wasn't on sturdy ground.
