Krushi's POV
We dried ourselves after having a good time drenching in rain.
"Maa had texted everyone will come here tomorrow." I informed him drying my hair.
"That means you will be reserved again." He back hugged.
"Aren't you being clingy?"
"I don't think so." He left feather kisses on my shoulder.
*Sneeze*
"Excuse me."
*Sneeze*
With that I sneezed continuously.
"If you catch cold easily then why did you soaked in rain?" He took the towel and rubbed my hair aggressively.
"Ow! Don't do that."
"Shh!"
"Hmmmph" I let him do whatever he did.
I heard Kaki calling us. Panic and fear was evident in her voice.
We both rushed out of the room."What happened, kaki?" Abhimaan asked.
"Mannu, Gautam and Urvi aren't home yet......I had sent Urvi to call Gautam back as it was windy and raining but it's been 4 hours....Please go and check, dear . Your Kaka's joints are paining and he can't go."
"Don't worry, I will go and check now." He assured kaki.
"I will too go."
"No, you are already sneezing and it's still windy out. Go and bring the torch."
"I gave that to Urvi." I fiddled my fingers.
"Bring the lantern then." I brought the lantern and gave it to him.
"Let me come too. I can help in case of emergency."
"No and that's final." He took the umbrella from kaki and went out.
"Kaki, let's sit. I will make some tea."
"No it's fine. I don't want to." She refused. I can understand her worry.
"Don't worry, they will be fine."
---------------------------------Abhimaan's POV
The rain is not that heavy but it was windy. The umbrella was difficult to control. It was dark and my first fear is snakes.
I reached the orchards. I should look in the hut first. There is high chances of them being there.
I shouted for them.
"Gautam! Are you there?" I knocked the door and the answer was fast.
"Is Urvi with you?" He opened the door.
"Yes, bhai sa. She's inside."
"Kaki is worried for you. It's been 4 hours! Come quickly."
"Okay."
"Call Urvi. Let's go." Urvi came.
"You both are getting a earful words."------------------------------
Kaki must be in her house so we went directly there. Kaki and Krushi were standing at the verandah. As soon as kaki saw Gautam, she ran to him and embraced him.
"You are fine, right? Where were you? I was very worried."
"You went to get him back then where were you!" Kaki shouted.
"Kaki, relax! They were together." I tried to pacify her anger.
"Yes maa, we were together. It was windy so we thought it was safe to stay in the hut." Gautam reasoned out.
"Kaki don't scold them. It was very windy and rain was also pouring heavily. More to that, roaming in the orchard could have been dangerous." Krushi said.
She started sneezing in a row.
"We will be going now. I think she caught cold."
"You think? She definitely caught cold! You go and take rest. I will send decoction. Drink that completely." Kaki went to the kitchen.----------------------------------
"Yuck! It's so bitter and spicy! I won't drink!" She gagged.
"Karma is a bitch! Remember once you mixed chilli powder and gave me bitter gourd kofta. Drink it completely." I teased her."I don't want to drink it, babe." She showed me her puppy eyes.
Awww! My heart! It will melt.
*Clears throat*
"Drink it!...... You may get fever. Prevention is better than cure."
"No, please." She dunked inside the blanket.
"Krushi don't be a child! Drink it." It was annoying. Her condition may become worse.
"No"
"Krushi!" I raised my voice. Still she didn't come out of the blanket. I pulled off the blanket and forcefully made her drink. She coughed at the end.
"Sorry but you weren't drinking."
"But that doesn't mean you will manhandle me!" Her eyes were teary.
"I am sorry, sweetheart but this drink was necessary for you not to catch cold."
"Then you should too drink! You too drenched in rain!" She cried and again covered herself with the blanket.
"I am sorry. I know I shouldn't have done that. I am ready for the punishment. I am sorry........ Okay tell me what should I do for gaining your forgiveness." I hugged her sleeping figure.
"Don't sleep with me. I don't like you. I will complain maa. I will go back to my parents and won't come to you."
"Then don't. I will come to you." She moved her legs to kick.
At the mean time, Krushi's phone rang. It was mom. She was in no mood to pick the call so I picked it.
