In Birmingham, Tommy and Oscar were being rushed through the hospital on stretchers as Natasha was being wheeled through, from her assault she was bleeding.

In Camden Town, Astella was holding William as she sat on a bed and Alfie walked into the room carrying two cups, "You going to let go of your lad long enough to enjoy your honey tea?" Alfie said as he walked over to her.

"No... Since when did you make honey tea?" Astella asked.

"I didn't. Edward did," He sat on the bed as she watched him, "What are you doing Astella? You're meant to be the middle person between me and Sabini, like always," Alfie said.

"My family come first," Astella said.

"The family you ran away from or the family you were kidnapped from?" Astella glared at him and he sighed, "Just drink your tea," Alfie said.

"Don't want to... I need to know if they're okay... If I was attacked, they would be too," Astella said and started to get off the bed.

"Sit down, woman," She sat back down, "Edward is already checking on them. Drink your fucking tea," Alfie said.

Astella hesitantly laid William on her bed and took the cup Alfie was still holding out to her, "Thank you," Astella said.

"Don't thank me, I didn't make the tea. Prefer rum," Alfie said.

Astella scoffed and shook her head then sipped the tea and scrunched her face up, "You sure Edward made this? I taste rum," Astella said.

"Uh..." Alfie tasted the cup of tea in his hand and almost gagged, "Swap," Alfie took Astella's cup, replacing it with the correct drink as she watched him amusingly and he noticed, "Why are you looking at me like that?" Alfie said.

"I remember when you loved honey... Funny how people change," Astella said.

"Like you can talk, Stel-Bear," Alfie said.

"I mean it, Alfie... Thank you for coming to the Ritz and catching us... I actually thought you wouldn't," Astella said.

"Nearly didn't... He jumped off course, but don't worry about that now, you're safe and I sent word to your man," Alfie said.

Astella sighed, "Of course you did," William stirred and they both looked at him, "He just met his father, he can't lose him," Astella said.

"I remember when you slept with many men," Astella looked at him, "And fight anyone who got on your bad side. I have never seen you run or protect anyone... I'm not the only one who's changed," Alfie said and was lightly shoved by Astella then they both chuckled softly

The next day, in Birmingham, in the hospital, Oscar and Tommy were laying in their shared room, both were battered, swollen and bruised, struggled to look out of their eyes, bones were broken. They lay in their hospital beds in silence when their door opened, neither looked over to see who intruded on their silence, "Ready for a visit, Mr Shelby, Mr Charles?" The nurse asked.
