A/N: Taking a small break from writing drama in my RITR universe, so figured I would give you guys an update with little Joey and his moms. Enjoy!

"I can't believe you guys are waiting to find out the gender," Tina stated.

Rachel nodded in agreement. "Kurt and Blaine asked the doctor every single check-up and as soon as they knew it was girls, it was all pink everything."

"It's not like we have to wait much longer," Quinn said, caressing her bump. She was 37 weeks pregnant and ready to pop any day now.

"Sissy coming!" Joey cheered from his high chair, a strand of spaghetti falling out of his mouth and onto the tray table.

Rachel and Tina giggled as Quinn smiled, reaching over to wipe his mouth with his bib.

Joey was set on his new sibling being a sister, mostly under Santana's influence.

Quinn, on the other hand, was 50/50 as the old wives tales they did for fun didn't have any scientific backing nor really indicated either gender. Some days she craved sweets and some days she craved sour. Some days she was moody and some days she was mellow. Did she carry high or did she carry low? It was all hard to tell, but she knew she would be outnumbered if she said she was expecting another boy. Clearly her wife and son were both strongly Team Girl.

The idea of having a daughter truly did excite Quinn. It was bittersweet that she didn't get to raise Beth and although she had mended her relationship with Shelby and they were close with Beth now, she couldn't help but think of the possibility of having a baby girl that resembled herself and Santana. She'd be lying if she said seeing the little sundresses and pink onesies at the store weren't compelling.

Though recycling Joey's old newborn clothes and having two boys wearing matching outfits and being playmates was appealing too...

Either way, Santana and Quinn were just ecstatic to add another member to their family. Joey was already protective of the little one and demanded to talk to and kiss his mama's belly every night. No doubt he would be the best big brother. Even if it wasn't the sissy he wanted.

"What if it's a brother?" Tina cooed at him.

Joey frowned and shook his head adamantly. "No, no. No bro bro," he turned to his mother, pouting. "No, please Mama." He was fully talking these days, but his favorite words were 'no', 'play', and 'hungry'.

Okay, so maybe he would have a little problem if they were actually Team Boy, but Quinn decided that would be a conversation for when and if that time came. For the time being, she just chuckled and kissed his head. It seemed to do the trick as Joey gave her a toothy grin, continuing munching on the last of his noodles.

"Talk about little Snix," Tina smiled playfully.

"Right?" Rachel agreed. "You would think Santana gave birth to him, he looks and acts exactly like her."

"Not exactly, he looks like me.... kind of," Quinn protested. "He has my eyes."

"The audacity that they come out not looking like us after all we went through to push them out," Tina shook her head, sighing. Even Ally looked more like Mike.

"Agreed. It's like Emma and Ava are straight up Blaine and I didn't have anything to do with bringing them into this word," Rachel huffed.

"It's called osmosis," Santana jested, coming into the kitchen. She leaned down to give her wife a kiss on the cheek.
