Second P.O.V

"See you later Kai! Thank you again for finding Buddy!" You waved at the said male as he left your house.
"See you some time too Y/n." He waved back, turning around and leaving afterwards. You closed the door with a sigh, this being to much social interaction for you in one day. You spent a lot of time taking about your current life with Kai; telling him about your wedding, how you adopted Buddy and stuff like that.
He seemed to be a great listener and not that much of a speaker since he didn't really talk much about himself. But that's fine!

You heard Buddy bark as he now sat awake on the sofa, wanting your attention. You chuckled. "Okay you big baby, I'm coming." You said as you made your way towards the big doggo who huffed with excitement. You sat onto the sofa and he immediately snuggled into you, licking your face.
You laughed as you gave him a little kiss on the head. He then layed his head onto your lap and went to sleep again with a happy doggo noises.

You pat him as you pulled out your phone to check everything again and also check out some movie recommendation on the internet.
A message from Eijiro stopped you before you could check the desired thing out.

'im glad you're both fine! Btw I might come a little late today like around midnight since we have a new villain to do some research on :(('

A little frown made it's way onto your face. How many times does he have to work overtime? He does so often it feels as if it's his normal working time now.
You sigh as you tapped away on your phone, writing a reply and trying not to beg him to come home.

'its okayy don't worry!! Good luck, love you!'

You then closed the tab and went to search some good movies on free, not very legal sites that always know how many lonely, horny milfs are in your area.
As you found a random movie of your favorite genre, you turned on the TV in front of you and connected the screen from you phone so it played on the TV instead. You leaned back with a small sigh, watching the movie start.

The movie ended and you let out a yawn, rubbing your eyes from the UV light that shined now full force since it was already dark outside. Buddy seemed to have woken up 'couz he let out a yawn too, his tummy rumbling a little.
"Well that movie sucked. Come on Buddy, let's get you something to eat and then leave a nasty review." You chuckled, petting the doggo and standing up afterwards.

You went to the kitchen as Buddy followed you. You picked up his bowl with his name on it and put in his favorite type of dry food. You then placed the bowl back down, watching Buddy dive in like he's been starving for weeks.
You apt him with a huff. "You have fun eating, I'll go take a shower." You said to Buddy, not wanting a reply, and went to the bathroom upstairs.

You let out a sigh, noticing that it's midnight already and Eijiro is nowhere to be seen yet. You miss him with your whole heart; one side of you worrying like a sick freak ready to tear shit down just to make sure he's okay and the other willing to wait forever for him.

You enter the bathroom after snatching your sleepwear from your room - random boxers and Eijiro's favorite band tee you stole a month ago and he let you keep it since quote 'you look so cute in it!' - and turned on the water so it heats up before you step into the shower.
You've always preferred showers over baths. Sure, baths are nice and all how it keeps you warm and stuff, but just imagine how dirty that water must get after you're in it for a while. Ew.
Not to mention that it gets cold pretty quick.
