"What is this? Has Ludo led me into a trap?" A dragon flew out from the tree and landed in front of Wren.
"I am Ajowan. I see you've got my sword." He pointed his large claw to the sliver sword in Wren's pocket.
"It's highly unusual for a human to be in here.........You must have been chosen by my brother Safron. Come. I'll lead you to my other siblings."
"There's more dragons?"
"Why, of course. The twelve Ryu dragons. I'll tell you more about us when we get there. Hop on." Wren was sceptical. Still, she climbed up his brown scales to his neck. His golden eyes shined brightly in the sun rays that shined through the tall trees. Avoiding the trees seemed like an easy task for the large dragon. But for some reason, Wren felt that she could trust him. And suddenly, he dropped his wings to the forest floor. Wren could see something up ahead but couldn't make out what it was.
