No one will believe you (Stalker Todoroki)

Chapter 32: End

A smile spread across Momo's face. She's been waiting for this and I think I have been too. A small break from Todoroki's authority. It felt good to defy him but I knew what could come next.

He only sighed and crossed his arms. "I knew this was going to happen eventually. Please do as your told." He spoke softly. I knew not to let him fool me, his tone may say one things but his eyes say another.

I took in a deep breath before I spoke. "No" I said again. This time his face changed expressions, I could tell he didn't like being told no.

"You've been so good for so long. Please continue to be good, it makes it easier for the both of us." He was trying to plead with me. I couldn't stand down now.

"No."

"Maria. I'm not asking you. I'm telling you." Todoroki's tone started fo change now too. "Yeah Maria, he's telling you." Momo laughed from behind him.

"Your just mad cause he's in love with me and couldn't even bat and eye at you." I stuck my tongue out at her and turned around.

I walked into the bathroom to take my shower. Todoroki came over and unlocked my chain from my ankle. We didn't want it getting rusty on me so this is the only get of freedom I get.

I closed the door and went to turn the water on. I sat down on the toilet, fully clothed, waiting. I was going to break out here and I wanted him unconscious before I did.

The door began to open and I charged when I saw Todoroki's face appear. I pushed him over and punched him hard in the face.

He didn't move so I got up and began to run to the door. My hand made contact with the knob when I felt someone grab my ankle and start pulling on me. It was Todoroki, he wasn't unconscious yet.

"Please! Maria take me with!" Momo yelled to me. I was pulled to the ground and being ripped away from the door. I froze time and got him off me.

I grabbed the keys Todoroki's kept in his pocket and unlocked Momo's chains. I wouldn't take her with me but I could atleast give her a fighting chance.

I opened the door and saw a large staircase infront of me. We seemed to be several feet underground. Far enough Jiro's quirk couldn't even reach us.

I began running up the stairs as fast as I could. I had enough power saved up to get me a nice head start, if not all the way to the police.

When I got to the top of the stairs there was a hatch. I pushed it opened and got out. I looked around and noticed we were in the basement of the school.

There was a carpet hiding the hatch so that's why no one saw it. He must have been planning this for awhile to be able to build that room in the basement of the school without anyone noticing.

I ran out of the basement and searched the school. Finally I ran into a frozen Aizawa. And I unfroze time. "Maria! Where did you come from." He said shocked.

"There's no time to talk, come with me." And with that I grabbed his hand and froze time again. We started our way to the police station and I filled him in on everything.

"You were under the school the entire time?" He said in a mutter. This time they all believed me. Finally this all would be over.

We got to the police station just in time. My quirk has exhausted itself and I could no longer hold on.

When we suddenly appear in the middle of the station everyone seemed surprised. "Maria!" A couple of them yelled. No one was expecting to see me.

Quickly I gave the police a run down on what happened. They took both me and Aizawa into protective services. They only took Aizawa because they knew I'd be safe with him and I trust him.

They contacted my dad and he was there as quickly as he could get. When he saw me I was instantly brought into a hug. "They told me everything. I'm so glad your okay." He said and he hugged me tighter.

"Have they not attended to your injuries?" Dad asked me, putting his hands on my shoulders and holding me at arms length. "Injuries?" I asked and looked over my body.

Apparently my leg was extremely damaged. All bloody and burned.

Dad caused a slight scene and got them to help my injuries. When I was all bandaged up an officer came into the room. "Would you guys please follow me?" They asked.

We were brought into a new room. There we saw a contained Todoroki. His eyes made contact with mine and he smiled.

"Where's Momo?" I asked the officer.

"She was taken to the hospital for injuries. There was few but she appeared to be unconscious." He told me.

I stepped away and let out a deep breath. It was finally over. I was finally free of this boys grasp. I not longer had to fear him.

About a month later an official new report was released to the public. In the article it went into detail about what I was put through. I made sure to leave nothing out when being questioned.

My injuries healed up and I was only left with a few scars.

I returned back to school, all of my classments glad to see me. Some extremely apologetic.

Eventually Momo was allowed to come back in school. Though she had a hand in my kidnap I decided not to press charges against her. I figured her living with the scars I live with was enough.

On her first day back she apologized to me over and over again. I told her the same thing I told her back in that room. "I won't say I forgive you cause I don't." I paused "things will never be the same now and you are part of that reason." With that I walked off.

Over the course of a few months now things returned to normal. I started hanging out with friends again. I was eating normally and I was back to training.

My quirk was improving and I was getting stronger. Sometimes I feel like this was all possible for one reason and only one reason. I think my friends are that reason they really helped me through everything.

Everything was better now because...

Somebody believed me.
