The summer was ending and school was just around the corner. I refused to leave my house for the rest of the summer. I was terrified of what was going to happen. Today I didn't have a choice but to leave the house. Mina was practically dragging me out the house to go shopping with her and the rest of class 1-A.

I knew that meant I had to see Todoroki and I wasn't looking forward to that. He constantly texted me and called me. If I didn't answer he would get mad and threaten me with my friends. Saying my life will be ruined.

He scared me to the point I was debating if I wanted to put myself back into foster care and get a transfer to a different city. I could never bring myself to fully go though with it. All Might was the perfect Dad. He took care of me and treated me like I was truly apart of his family. This was the perfect home.

When Mina finally got me out the house she shoved me in the back seat of a car and we drove off. Once on the move an excited Uraraka turned around from the front seat. "Maria! It's good to see you. I didn't get to see you at all this summer." She laughed. "Yeah sorry, I didn't really leave my house much." I explained.

She smiled slightly before turning back around. We rode in silence.

We finally arrived at the mall. All three of us got out the car stood out front and waited for everyone else to arrive.

One by one, or in groups, everyone quickly showed up. Once everyone got there we slowly made our way from store to store. I walked with Bakugou and Kirishima. I was having a fun time but I kept feeling someone staring at me. I knew just who it was.

Each time I felt the feeling I looked around until my eyes landed on Todoroki. He was burning holes into my back. Finally I had enough of it. I walked over to him and grabbed his and pulled him aside from the group. Just far enough so they could still see us but couldn't hear us.

"Stop staring at me." I said, clearly angry. Todoroki seemed taken aback by my sudden rudeness but quickly shook it off. "I don't like you with him." He stated oddly coldly. I stared into his eyes and he stared back. I quickly looked away, breaking eye contact. He smiled happily like its what he wanted me to do.

"Well you can't stop me from hanging out with him. I need friends." I said and started walking away. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me back around to look at him. At this point I knew the whole class was looking at us. "I guess I can't stop you from hanging with him but I can stop him from doing anything to you." He said before wrapping his arm around my waist and pulling me in. HIs lips pressed against mine.

I froze, not knowing what to do. My first kiss... this boy just stole my first kiss. I didn't know what to do. If I should hate him or not. I hated to admit he was an attractive young male but what he was doing was wrong.

Todoroki pulled away from me and looked into my eyes. I looked away, blushing. He smiled once again before letting me out. We both walked back over to the group. They were all cheering and smiling. A few of the girls giving me glares. Probably upset that they didn't get to kiss him.

"Maria was that your first kiss?" Momo asked me, a fake smile placed on her lips. I nodded slightly while listening to the conversations around me. "No fair Todoroki. You shouldn't get a babe like that. Maria probably has really soft lips... soft hair... soft skin... soft b-boobs!" Mineta drooled over the thought of me.

I turned around, my arms crossed across my chest. I took my right arm and quickly punched the boy in the jaw. "You're so gross!" I yelled at him before turning around and walking over to Bakugou. "So hot..." I could hear Mineta say behind me.

I rolled my eyes once I got over to Bakugou. He laughed slightly before looking down at the ground. I bent down to put myself in his field of vision. "What's wrong?" I ask, a slight frown on my face. He just shrugged and looked back up.

We finished the rest of the shopping trip with no problems. Todoroki kept staring at me but I just ignored it. I knew I wasn't going to get him to stop but I could at least pretend it didn't bother me anymore.

All Might came to pick me from the mall and take me home. "Did Todoroki behave?" He asked me and I only nodded. I wasn't in the mood to talk. I had to go home and pull my bed into All Might's room because I had a bad feeling about tonight.

Once home I grabbed my mattress and pulled it into his room. We actually ended up putting it in his closet, which was bigger than mine. When we got ready for bed I went in the closet and locked the door. All Might then put a dresser in front of the door that way if anyone tied to get in he would hear it.

I laid down on my bed and plugged in my phone. I tossed it to the side of my pillow and stared up at the ceiling. It was dimly lit up by the night light I had plugged in there with me.

I stared for a bit, waiting for myself to get tired but it seemed that wasn't going to happen. Finally I just gave up and rolled onto my stomach and closed my eyes. I listened around until finally the silence put me to sleep.
