You feel tears fall as you hold you stomach, laying on the couch. Some movie plays on the TV but you're too distracted with all the pain and discomfort you're going through.
Then, you hear a key in the front door as it clicks open only a moment later to reveal your boyfriend.
"Hey handsome~" He chimes, not having looked at you yet as he locks the door once more.
He turns to you with a smile before his face drops a bit, "Baby? What's wrong? Are you sick?", he asks, kneeling down next to the couch.
You stay quiet, not wanting to talk about it. But after about a minute he catches on.
"Ohh....Baby..." He looks at you with a sad look, standing up.
"I know it's rough....but just remember that you are no less of a man because of this, okay?" He tells you.
"Is there anything I can get you to help? A heating pad? Something to eat?" He asks.
You nod, feeling more tears form in your eyes.
"What do you want to eat? How about *your favorite dessert*?" He asks, kissing your tears as they fall.
You nod softly and he smiles, getting up, "I'll be right back."
You lay there, even though your boyfriend was now home you didn't feel much better...
About 5 minutes later he comes back, "Hey pumpkin, Can you sit up for me please?" He asks.
You struggle a bit but do so.
He hands you a heating pad, which you wrap around yourself. He also hands you a bottle of water and some medicine.
"Those should make things a little easier with the pain...though I know it will never get easier to you." He smiles sympathetically, kissing you softly.
He then walks back to the kitchen.
You lean back, watching your favorite movie on the TV.
About 40 minutes later he comes back out with *your favorite dessert*. He hands you a plate/bowl of it and sits next to you.
You eat it slowly as he cuddles up to you a bit.
After a while you finish eating, setting the dish aside and leaning up against him.
"I love you so much...and I wish I could just..take it all away but...I cant..so the least I can do for my amazing boyfriend is try to comfort you...I'm so proud of how tough you are through this even though I know you feel weak...." He says, kissing your neck softly.
You blush a bit, sinking into his touch as you continue to watch the movie.
"I love you too." You hum, smiling as you both cuddle and fall asleep to the soft ending song of the movie...
