Mark Twain's party joined a buffalo hunt
With no other choice, they said, " We gotta"
with no knowledge they would meet, a bull's bruntOne of the party ran and climbed a Tree
He climbed as high as he, perhaps, could go
Then the bull climbing did he soon see
Lucky, for him, he brought a rope to throwAs the bull closed in, he thought what to do
He'd lower a noose over the bull's head
Then he hung the bull and then sighed phew
The bull had been hanged, he was now quite deadTwain being suspious, asked for proof
For this the man became very aloof
