Until one man behind them appeared the man was 7 feet away from the men. The man had a particularly deep voice.
???: I'm looking for lieutenant Weiser and Captain Ruben.
The men turn around, leaving The Battered, and bruised Chris alone. The man standing in front of them. It's a man with a fit build, pale skin, and white hair. He wears a light tan trench, a black sweater, black cropped gloves, a pair of slim dark gray chinos, and dark brown chelsea ankle boots.
But the one distinctive feature is that dog collar he wears on his neck.
Lieutenant Weiser: sorry bud but I don't know anyone with the name Captain Ruben. So go back to Hollywood, you fashion model.
Lieutenant Weiser says with confidence in his voice. however, one of his men is terrified.
Lieutenant Weiser: private Jenkins what's going on with you?
Jenkins: It's him... Lieutenant do you have any idea who we're dealing with?
Jenkins is shaking in his boots and is horrified at the sheer sight of The Stranger
Lieutenant Weiser: I don't particularly care but please do tell, private. I'm curious about this freak.
Jenkins: he's the guy who took out our entire military base. back in 2012.
Lieutenant Weiser gasps in shock but keeps his composure.
Lieutenant Weiser: Lieutenant are you very sure. I was told that it was a beast man raid.
Jenkins: the only set that to keep morale up. I was there and this bastard took all of us out. So, we can win! Let's get out of here while we still can.
Private Jenkins begins to run away from the group. The lieutenant turns around and shouts
Lieutenant Weiser: get back here you coward! You call yourself a soldier! But then he feels a very ominous presence behind them and turns around to see the same guy has moved. Instead of being 7ft, he is only a mere three feet away. Also notices that his men are on the ground dead.
???: you and your group were responsible for bombing the mayor's office in Anima City. Back in 2011 when the city was only just erected.
Lieutenant Weiser remembers the bombing. He was a part of a squad that was responsible for blowing up some parts of the building. He was only a twenty-year-old private at the time.
???: you took the lives of many beastmen that day and what you did is Unforgivable.
Has the stranger appeared to be getting more and more aggressive. Lieutenant Weiser is standing there with complete and utter fear. Before he could pull out the handgun. The Stranger appears to transform into wolf and lunges towards Lieutenant Weiser.
Private Jenkins was still running but then he stopped from the sounds of gunfire and the last thing he heard was just a scream from his lieutenant.
3 hours later. Chris wakes up on the same cement ground. And looked around to see that no one was there. That was until he turned to his left and see a man leaning on a wall.
Chris: what happened to those guys? Those guys were just beating me up a moment ago.
The man was still there in a stoic fashion, and he wasn't acknowledging Chris.
???: Just know. they won't bother you anymore, human. Now answer this question. Why are you helping a beastmen?
Chris pondered this question and trying to carefully come up with an answer. But then it came up.
Chris: Because I must repay her favor. I am a man of my word and no matter who they are. I will always pay their debt to them. Belie-
before he could say "believe it" the man cut him off.
???: I see.
The man begins to walk away and Chris shouts.
Chris: wait! at least get your name? The name of the guy who saved me.
The man turned his head and simply said. ???: names of her friends and colleagues.
As he continues to walk away until he is no longer in sight
Chris was just there dumb stricken and not sure what else to do
