"fuck" i sighed laying back against billies new bed as she pulled out of me after we just went for 5 rounds. Billie had finally found an apartment that she really liked and moved in with the help of me, cameron, finneas, and some movers.

Billie laid beside me and pulled my naked body towards herself before placing a kiss on top of my head. "i told myself as soon as i get an apartment i'm gonna go get a pit" she said

"oh my god you should!" i insisted. "we should go look at some later"

"wow i'm surprised you just agreed that i should get a dog"

"why" i giggled

"because finneas said i'm not responsible enough" she rolled her eyes. "i'm very responsible like what the fuck"

"ehhh" i started causing billie to slap my bare ass hard and i let out a loud yelp.

"billie that shit hurt" i whined. "you liked it" she muttered with a slight smirk on her face

"she's so precious" billie pouted at me while petting this small brown pitbull. Billie was serious about wanting a puppy so she found a place called angel city pits. Which is where we are now looking around at the puppies.

Billie got up and grabbed my hand. We continued walking until a small grey pitbull came running out of no where and began licking billies shoes and wagging its tail. "hi there" billie said in a baby voice bending down to pet the tiny puppy.

The puppy started jumping around and licking billies face making her laugh. She stared at him for a second and whispered something quietly.

"huh?" i asked not hearing her

"shark" she smiled at me. "i want him and imma name him shark"

"that's so cute" i pouted "it was like love at first sight"

billie chuckled picking up the small puppy and began walking over to the workers.

We finally arrived at billies apartment after going shopping to get things for shark. Billie spoiled the fuck out of this dog already. She bought him a bunch of toys, a big ass bed, treats, and ordered a $250 cuban link chain for him online.

"here's your new home" billie said before placing shark on the ground and he ran around beginning to sniff everything.

"go put something on the tv pretty girl" billie suggested before placing a kiss on my lips "i'm gonna feed shark real quick" i nodded my head and walked into the living room while she walked into the kitchen.

I scrolled through movies and just settled on a funny movie. I seen shark running into the kitchen from the corner of my eye probably to go eat his food. A few seconds later billie came out of the kitchen and sat on the couch pulling me sideways on her lap and began watching the movie with me.

"leila" billie said out of no where and i hummed in response. "i really really like you"

A smile formed on my face and i felt butterflies erupt in my stomach at her sudden confession. "i really like you too" i smiled looking into her blue orbs.

"it's already been 3 months of us knowing each other and i don't know if i can wait any longer" billie said while looking down before looking up into my eyes once again "will you be my girlfriend?"

My heart dropped straight to my ass. It felt like the room got hotter and my mouth got drier. "w-what?"

"will you be my girlfriend?" she said slower than the first time.

"i don't- no" i stuttered

"no?" billies asked with furrowed brows and my heart shattered at how fast her smile dropped

"no.. i'm sorry" i apologized "i- i cant. Cameron will hate me and he'll be mad at you if he found-"

"wait wait" billie interrupted me "we've been messing around for like 2 months so what's the difference" billie asked and i can hear the anger slowly growing in her voice.

"billie. i just cant." i said a little harsher than i meant too "i don't even know if we should even be hanging out right now or keep doing what we're doing"

her face dropped into an emotionless expression and she pushed me off of her lap and stood up in front of me while i still sat on the couch. She's mad.

"so you're just gonna throw away everything we've started to build just because you're afraid that you're gonna hurt your brothers feelings" billie scoffed and i nodded slowly

"but it's not just that!" i defended "it just feels wrong because you're his best friend"

"then why have you been messing around with me all this time!" billie shouted causing me to flinch "you've been leading me on this entire time!"

"no i wasn't-"

"well that's what it fucking feels like" billie grumbled "i took you on dates! i treated you like you were already my girlfriend! I even had sex with you! I fucking had sex with you this morning!" she shouted. She sounded so hurt. I understand where she's coming from but i'm afraid and family is more important to me.

She began walking away from me to her stairs and shark came out of no where beginning to follow her "this is what i get for being stupid and falling in love so fucking fast" i heard her whisper to herself.

she loves me?

she turned to face me one last time from the stairs with the most expressionless look on her face. "i'm getting in the shower. When i get out please don't be here. Talk to me when you figure out what the fuck you wanna do" she spat and turned around going up the stairs with shark behind her.

I looked down at my hands in my lap while tears well up in my eyes. I pull out my phone and call the one person besides Cameron that I trust before walking out of billies apartment like she had asked.
