Olley was in his Room with a pillow in his face after the Boys found out that today was Scrooge's Birthday, which Olley knows that Scrooge doesn't like celebrating anything.
Olley: (Groans) *I wish they didn't knew...especially Huey*
Olley then hears banging at the door.
Olley: GO AWAY
Huey burst in the room.
Huey: (Creepily) There you are
Huey began to drag Olley off his bed, by his legs.
Huey: C'MON OLLEY, PARTY TIME
Olley: (Impersonates Steppenwolf) NO, LEAVE ME
Huey: EVERYONE WILL BE INVITED TO THIS PARTY (Creepily) INCLUDING YOU
It began with the Quadruplets before pointing in the air and silhouettes of each Character flying by before the Title, "Clanboy's Bizarre Reich: Part 4: The Duckies" appears.

Look at all the faceless gazes that are passing by

The sky is the limit, this town and everything in it, so bizarre...

It goes from Poses from Olley, then Dewey, then Huey, and then Louie.

It ends with the Boys jumping together and posing while Webby was waving in the background.
As Olley expected, Scrooge was not having a great time.
Huey: Ok, next is mingling from 6:00 to 6:05, bathroom breaks at 6:06, but keep it under a minute, 'cause at 6:07, we're scheduled to have fun!
Huey and Louie changed for the occasion as Dewey was dressed as a "DJ." Scrooge hated everything, especially the people that are invited in costumes.
Olley: (Groans) I hate this

Olley turned to see someone familiar. He was a Clantarian Anthro Duck wearing the same 3D Glasses and Bandana as him, but he has the same brown hairstyle as Eggsy and he wore an M43 Field Cap and wore a 6 single buttoned red cardigan, a grey tie, a light blue dress shirt, grey pants, short white gloves, and brown dress shoes with the Clantarian Railways Armband.
