THE NEW DESTINATION was beautiful. The whole place gave off an orange type of vibe. There were orange lights when passing through the city, and many people walking around. When they finally got off of the bus, Elise grinned.

"This place looks beautiful." She whispered to the closest person near her. That person turned out to be Astrid Lovett.

The girl was quiet, and kept to herself a lot, but Elise didn't mind her company.

They had a couple of interactions before, but they were overall good conversations. There were no problems with each other, and Elise liked it that way.

"I agree." She whispered back, a small smile gracing her lips. Elise reciprocated the action, moving forward with the rest of the group.

"Okay, and I thought the outside was already amazing." Elise had caught up to Brad. She squeezed his shoulder as a way to signal that she was there, since she didn't want to scare him.

"I thought the same." He nodded, his eyes wide.

"What can I say?" Mr. Harrington began. "The squeaky wheel gets the upgrade grease." Elise raised an eyebrow. "Everyone get settled in, rest up because tonight, big surprise, is Prague's annual...Carnival of Lights."

Elise made eye contact with Peter, sending him a quick smiled before looked back at Mr. Harrington.

She was excited for the Carnival of Lights. Normal Prague already looked amazing, and she couldn't imagine how it would look with a whole lot of lights.

Peter got a phone call, and Ned went to go talk to him which caught her attention. They had been acting weird ever since the trip began, and sooner or later, Elise would find out their secret

She was determined.

ELISE UNPACKED her luggage slightly, leaving most of her things in the suitcase. She was happy to hear that they all got their own rooms because she didn't really feel like sharing with someone again.

She grabbed a few glow sticks some of her classmates had bought for everyone, putting one around her left wrist, and the other around her neck. She smiled, opening her door and going down to the lobby.
