Chapter 1

AN: This takes place after chapter 298 and after 311 of the Lord of the Mysteries and of course pre-canon of Limbus Company. And I decided to take some liberties regarding what happened with Sinclair after Christmas and before he joined the Limbus Company... This fanfic is a mesh of the 2 worlds.

The City is in the LOTM Universe.

I'm sorry, I couldn't stop my brain rot from conjuring this fanfic and I think Limbus Company has taken hold of me... This is a very self-indulgent fanfic and cope with the fuck up shit that I have experienced in Limbus Company so far...

And I thought it would be interesting how the Tarot Club would react to the messed up shit that was happening in the City.

Chapter 1: Another member?

Thursday night after recruiting Miss Magician into the Tarot Club. Klein has an exhausting day of various encounters. On Friday around 1:00 in the morning, he encountered Adol, a member of Numinous Episcopate who had lost his memories. After returning Adol to his home around 2:00 in the morning, Klein went to Grimm Cemetery where Adol said the members of Numinous Episcopate said to have a gathering every Friday at 3:00 in the morning of Backlund Time and deal with them.

After dealing with them, Klein returned to Adol's home and received the payment from Rogo Coleman. At 8:00 of the evening, Klein attended a Beyonder Gathering held by the Eye of Wisdom.

When the Beyonder Gathering ended instead of returning, Klein didn't return to his lodging and instead headed towards a suspected location where another suspected member of Numinous Episcopate Kapusky Reid lived.

Saturday morning, Klein was visited by a fellow private detective Isengard Stanton for a commission and was asked to work together in the investigation of a case.

On Saturday Evening in his activity room at his house, Klein was thinking about asking the Sun about the details of the Sequence 6 devil, he was interrupted when he heard the faint indecipherable murmur of someone.

Hearing the murmur, Klein went to the gray fog to see what was happening. Upon arrival, he can hear the murmur becoming louder and the red star on the gray fog shining once again.

The one responsible for pulling Miss Justice, Mr Hanged Man, and the Sun.

" Again? "

Klein murmured. He recently invited Miss Magician to the Tarot Club only a few days ago. Sighing, Klein decides to hear the voice coming from the star.

    " Please.... "

It was the voice of a young man like Little Sun.

   " If you are still existing— I would believe in you! I would worship you! "

' How strange. The young man's choice of words is odd...'

   " Please! "

" I am willing to devote my everything to you! "

" I would become your most devoted servant and do everything to worship your name! "

" Just please... please give me a second chance! Please bring them back... Please bring my mother, father, and sister back. Beg for their forgiveness... For the sins that I committed and the ruin I have brought. "

Klein was a little bit dumbfounded when he heard the pleas of the youth.

' Is this what they call a Deja Vu? '

Listening to the young man's voice of plea, Klein couldn't help but compare the young man's situation to his tarot club's little Sun.
