AN:

I am currently on Canto 3 in Limbus Company and I am waiting for new Banners. Being a new player that's only a F2P is a struggle.

I think it would be best for me to just keep it slow and I don't need to rush myself.

I am waiting for the Ryoshu and Sinclair Banner before I roll all of my lunacies to it.

I need a Rodion, Ryoshu, and Sinclair ID that wasn't a Base ID.

Also, this fanfic contains both spoilers from LOTM & Limbus Company.

Also, most of the other contents of this fanfic would be purely made out since there weren't any canon materials on what happened after Christmas Eve and before Sinclair joined the Limbus Company

Chapter 2: Lost Egg

         After being found by Demian in an alleyway, A day after Christmas Eve, Emil Sinclair returned to the manor accompanied by Demian. After being convinced by his friend, Sinclair gained the courage and reassurance that he wouldn't see Kromer when he returned to Manor.

When Sinclair returned, his purpose wasn't to return to his home. Arriving at the manor, Sinclair finds the lounge room undisturbed. It remains the same the last time that he saw it on Christmas Eve.

The sight of a nightmare. The sight of his parents and sister's teared up and mechanical dead bodies.

Tears started falling into his eyes. However, it wasn't the time for him to cry and grief over them. Any time, Kromer could return despite the reassurance from Demian that Kromer and those Bastards wouldn't be here for today.

With Demian accompanying him, Sinclair eventually managed to pick up his parents' and sister's mechanical bodies and dig up a grave for them in the Manor's yard. After burying their bodies, Demian convinced Sinclair to stash important items and money in a bag.

With one last look at the manor and the graveyards that Sinclair erected in the Manor's yard, Sinclair finally allowed some tears to fall into his eyes before he started running away from the Town of Calw.

Never again. Sinclair wouldn't be able to see the Manor and the Graveyard that he erected. Sinclair is too much of a coward to return. He doesn't dare to face Kromer and the Ncorp that was responsible for his parent and sister's demise.

( It was Sinclair's fault too. If he didn't leak out his father's secrets and become friends with Kromer, what would happen? )

A few days after leaving the town of Calw and District 11. Sinclair arrived in another District and made it safely towards its nest. It was also that day that Demian bid his farewell to Sinclair and promised to meet him again.

A week after Christmas Eve, Sinclair's eyes were hollow. With no purpose or direction. Every night since the tragedy caused by his inaction and lies, he would always wake up from his nightmares huddled in a fetal position.

Sinclair can't muster the courage to step out of his new home. He wishes that he would remain there forever huddled and under a blanket. However, he has his needs. He must step out and feed himself.

Every time he steps out of his new home, he lives in fear that the wretched woman will find him. He would be left in a state of fear and anxiousness every time he would hear the sound of thrills and whistles.

Every time he stepped out, Emil would order takeout and buy things that were necessary for his hygiene. Lately, Emil started eating instant and canned foods.

Emil Sinclair mocks himself for even struggling to cook instant and canned foods. The wound on his fingers when he would accidentally harm himself because of the knife or the sharp can, Emil would watch with a strange sense of calmness. At the same time, he feels a sense of fear and more self-loathing towards himself. For even entertaining that thought.
