I am freaking the heck out, I've been cleaning all day and preparing dishes for the dinner later tonight that I didn't get to take care of myself

Heck I even missed breakfast and lunch just to prepare

I looked at the mirror in he living room

'Ugh, I look like a mess! As soon as I'm done with the cleaning i-'

"Woah woah! Calm down Y/n! You've been cleaning all day and preparing dishes, you might as well have cleaned every single dust out of the house! "
"I know- I'm sorry, I'm just really nervous, I mean, about my sisters and possibly brother meeting you"
"You don't have to be nervous, I'm sure everything would go the way you want to this day, now go and take  a bath, take care of yourself and I'll get the maids to clean up"

Aether said as he pushed me towards the hallway that's headed to the rooms

After the shower I headed to find my best outfit, since it's already night and Jean and the others would arrive any time now I hurried

"What to wear what to wear"

I said still panicking

"Hey Y/n, brother told me I should help you out with your outfit, so here I am"
"Thanks Lumi"
"No problem, oh and! If you don't mind, I also invited Xiao to come and have dinner with us tonight"
"Yeah! No, i-i don't mind at all! "

I said stuttering, trying to prevent myself from being sarcastic

'Of course I mind! I mean, this is supposed to be just us, the one's I consider family! '

I finally found the outfit I wanted and we both headed down to the front door to wait for the others to arrive

Alatus arrived first and he greated Lumine with flowers

I looked away and just let them both head inside while I wait for my family

Just then I saw Jean, Barbara, Klee and Albedo getting out of the car

Jean was wearing a beautiful sky blue sleeveless dress with white patterns, just above the knee

Barbara was wearing the same but longer and with a white Jacket

(it's like their summer time skin but as dresses)

Klee was wearing a Red dress with crosses all over it and a little fuzzy scarf on her neck

Albedo was wearing a white button up with a gray sleeveless sweater and brown long jacket

"Wow, you're all looking fancy"

Lumine said behind me

"Brother! Y/n's families here! "
"Coming! "

I heard a muffled voice

Xiao came out to see them too

"Where's Miss Lisa? "
"Yeah, where is Lisa? "

Me and Lumi both asked

"She said she'd be here soon, 3..2..1..."

Just then I saw a red car pull out and Lisa comes out

Klee runs to her and hugs Lisa

She was wearing a short light brown cardigan on top of a white tank top with a ripped raw hem denims

"Hey! Sorry I'm kind of late"

She apologised and picks up Klee

I looked at Albedo and he looked at me, he was just silent

"Oh! Don't worry about it miss Lisa, they just arrived on time too"
"Oh, good"

With that said we head in, to the dining area

We sat down at the table and talked for a while

"Albedo? "
"Hmm? "
"Why aren't you speaking, and earlier I found you staring at Xiao"
"O-oh uhh... Nothing"

I just left the subject since I'm sure he doesn't want to talk about it

"Barbara? Where were you when me and Jean met at the mall? I'm sure you wouldn't miss going there, especially with our sisters"
"I actually was out with Bennett, Razor and Fischl, we were window shopping so I left sisters Jean for the day"
"What about you Albedo? "
"I... Actually did not go out with them, I do not like going out to such places"

He said as he played with his newly served food

"Typical Albedo"

I noticed the twins we're looking his way so I nudged Lumine, that was beside me, why they were looking at Albedo

"Hey.. Why are you looking at my brother like that.. "

I said whispering

"Didn't brother tell you he was the one who almost killed Xiao? "

She said in full voice

Everyone froze at the statement

Albedo got up, he was about to leave when Lumine spoke again

"No, no, no don't you leave now. You're lucky I didn't call the cops! You're lucky Xiao didn't want me to call the cops. You almost killed Xiao and now you're here? I get that you're Y/n's family that's why-"
"ENOUGH."

I yelled the whole table, once again, froze

"CAN'T I JUST HAVE A DAY WHERE I DON'T WORRY FOR SOMETHING?! IS THAT TOO HARD TO ASK FOR? "

tears streaming down my face I left the dining table to go to my room

"I hate this. "
"Why is it always like this when it's supposed to be a good day? "

"Because of you"

"They don't care about you, none of them do"

"Seriously? Why do you even exist? "

"I would've killed myself by now"

"No one takes you seriously, that's why we ended up breaking apart"

As phrase after phrase goes by it started to sound more like Xiao
