"Who are you?"

"I'm Canada..." the Canadian sighed, getting up from the dining table. He left Kumajirio sitting on the table with some pancakes and fish. Canada was gonna go somewhere but didn't know where yet but somewhere.

As he was going to go to the living room he passed a painting. A certain painting. Canada stopped and turned to the picture. He sighed and smiled. The painting was of a young England reading a book to a smaller version of Canada and America. They were all sitting on the ground, the children listening and the young boy telling the story.

Canada still remembers when he was little- even now -he watched America grow and become stronger. He couldn't be prouder of him. After all, America did become a superpower- even though he act very childish.

"A-America?... What's wrong?" a tiny, soft voice asked, creaking open the door. The brunette child with a cowboy outfit on looked back to the door.

"Huh, oh nothing! Everything's fine, Canada," America smiled. The other boy in the room had a black vest over a purple shirt with dress pants and shoes on. Canada smiled back.

"Remember, I'm here for you. We're brothers,"

"Yea, yea. I know! Wanna play?"

Canada looked at the floor and there layed a house with several soldiers. America seemed to love the stuff that England would make or get for them.

"Oui! Of course!"

"Canada!! I want some more fish!!" a soft voice boomed. Canada looked down to the little polar bear tugging on his coat. He nodded, "Okay, okay! I'll get some right now!"

Canada walked with Kuma to the kitchen. He must have been hungry because the food that was remaining was gone. Canada opened the refrigerator and took out some fish. He tossed it in Kuma's bowl- which was on the table and so was Kumajiro.

Canada closed the door and went back to the hallway. Now he knew where was going.

"Come on! We could get our freedom!"

America was trying to persuade Canada to join in the war. Canada didn't quite now.

"America, are you sure you want this?"

"I'm positive! Please!! Like you said; we're brothers! We stick to-"

"Together, I know, I know..."

"So, will you join me?" America asked, another time. He held out his white gloved hand to the Canadian. Canada sighed and took his hand.

"I'm only helping, no more!"

America nodded and let go. He started towards the door, before he went out the room he mumbled, "There's no regretting anymore..."

Canada looked at the line. He looked to where it led to America. He smiled as he saw the American walk back to his house. Just remembering when they were little and looking at them all grown up now, Canada still couldn't believe it. It was amazing!

He decided to leave back to his house too, plus, Kuma may still be hungry.

America pointed to the sky, grinning proudly. He shouted, "Heros never give up so I won't loose hope!"

No one knew that he missed Canada. It was lonely at times. But America didn't care if he was lonely! He only cared that he wouldn't loose Canada. Canada was his brother. He sticked with him. America had lost many people but he sure wasn't going to loose Canada. He swore he wouldn't, even if the line did separate them. It wasn't gonna stop the hero!
