Chapter 3

"Let's go inside Lucy. Do you want tea?" Asked Claire. I just nodded, still trying to think about my past.
We went inside a small house with only one floor. Claire led me to the kitchen and asked me to sit down and relax. I looked to my right and there was a cat. It was a very orange looking cat, it was so familiar.
"Buttercup?" I whispered as I stood up and went to the cat. Claire turned to me and stared at me with shock.
It suddenly hit me.
"I remember." I whispered as I went to sit back down on the chair. Claire still stared at me and didn't say a word.
"I-I think I have lived here before somehow. I know you, your family, I know Katniss, Prim, Gale, Johanna and... F-Finnick." The last name came out as a whisper.
"You know all of them? Right?" I turned to face Claire.
"Y-Yeah... I do." She looked at me, still shocked. She also looked kind of scared.
"But tell me, Claire..." I started as I stood up and took a hold of Claire's shoulders.
"How do you know them?"
"I have seen them on tv, they are going to be in the Hunger Games." She answered with a whisper.
"I-It's the second time for Katniss and Peeta..."
I let go of her shoulders and turned my back at her. Katniss and Peeta are going in to the arena again? Oh my god.
"Lucy?" Claire whispered as I heard her walking towards me.
I couldn't believe it.
Claire tapped on my shoulder and I turned to face her.
"Lucy..."
I probably looked so pale from the shock that Katniss and Peeta have to go into the arena again.
"I saw how your face changed expression when you mentioned Finnick. Has he done anything to you?"
I started to get teary eyed. I took a deep breath.
"No. I mean yes... Not anything bad though. I- I..."
Claire put one hand on my shoulder and stared into my eyes, obviously curious of what I had to say.
"He made me fall in love with him..." I whispered as my gaze fell on the floor.
"How?" Asked Claire.
"I-I don't know... It was like I met him in a dream. We talked and I immediately fell in love with him. It sounds weird, but that's all I remember..."
There was a long moment of silence.
"I think you should just drink your tea, Lucy. You'll feel much better."
She gave me a cup of tea and sat down beside me.
"No you don't understand Claire." I said and started to get really angry with her."
"Just take a sip. We'll talk more about it later."
I stared at her with a burning rage in my eyes as I took a sip of the tea.
"Bye bye, Lucy."
"Wha-" something hit my head and I completely blacked out.
