"Feel free to clean my room on your time off today." (Y/N) joked as she pulled her book bag over her shoulders, getting ready for the long day of school. She saw the day to be a more dreadful one than most.

From the news Shoto told her the previous night, she knew she shouldn't talk to Mina, Kaminari, Sero, or Kirishima today. And not Bakugou when the day is done. It would be difficult, especially considering Mina was practically a walking journal for (Y/N) and vice versa.

"Are you going to be okay today?" Shoto questioned as he followed his girlfriend out of her dorm and down the hallway to the elevator.

(Y/N) nodded, doing her best to try and believe the best. "Yeah, I'll be okay. I'll make sure to text you if anything happens. Just make sure I don't distract you on your cleaning too much. I'd hate for you to get into more trouble."

Shoto nodded quietly as he and (Y/N) approached the open elevator.

"Hey~, (Y/N)~~!" Mina sang from inside the elevator, Kirishima and Bakugou standing against the back wall of the metal box.

An unsettled look fell upon (Y/N)'s features as she looked at her friends in the elevator, seeming almost afraid to move.

Shoto walked between (Y/N) and the elevator, putting his hand on her lower back as he directed her away from the elevator and to the staircases, opening the door for her.

Mina's waving came to a stop, her arm falling down to hold her bookbag with both hands. "Does anybody know what that was about?"

Kirishima shrugged, his clothes making the noise to accompany the action. "Not sure. Should one of us text her?"

"No." Bakugou shook his head, shoving his hands impossibly further into his pockets. "Leave her be."

Mina smiled unknowingly at his words, them sounding caring for (Y/N). She decided against speaking up about it, letting Katsuki win this one time.

"Thanks, for getting me away from them." (Y/N) said with a sigh as she and Shoto slowly made their way down the steps. "I kinda froze."

Shoto shrugged. "Meh. I'm just surprised they can act so casually after.. that." He paused before speaking his last word, referring to the fake news he told (Y/N) the previous night. The news Bakugou and the others tried to spy on.

(Y/N) went quiet as she remembered what Shoto told her. The only sounds in the stairwell were the footsteps of the lovers and the quiet sound of their clothes ruffling against themselves. It wasn't exactly comfortable silence. Very rarely is comforting silence even a thing between two or more people.

(Y/N) cleared her throat as they reached the bottom of the steps. "This is my stop. You better go back upstairs and get changed. I told you I could've waited for you."

"I don't like to keep you waiting." Shoto confessed. "And you need to start getting to school right about now. So, you should get going too."

(Y/N) nodded with a small smile, her hand briskly meeting the side of Shoto's back, the two sharing a short kiss with one another. They both pulled apart with a small smile on their lips before saying their goodbyes.

Shoto opened the door for (Y/N), stepping out of it to hold it for her. Quickly, (Y/N) waved at Shoto before rushing out of the dorms.

A small sigh left Shoto's lips as (Y/N) ran from his eyesight. Feeling a set of eyes on him, Shoto looked at the only person in the room. "Do you need something?" He asked, looking at Bakugou with a bored expression.
