Sick day for reader (AU)

I will explain how I think Levi would treat you if you were sick.

"H-Hi Levi, *cough* H-How are y-you doing- *cough*"

"First of all, I need you to stop talking y/n, second, let me come into your apartment"

(Just imagine you two were just lovers that lived in separate apartments, and Levi was just messaged about it from his workers at work)

Before you could protest, Levi sweeps you off your feet, and carries you bridal style.

"Uwahh-

You gripped your hands onto Levi's shoulders. While Levi supported your legs and back. You stuffed your face into Levi's chest.

"Hold still, this won't take long"

"But you'll *cough* g-get sick Levi *cough*"

"I'll be fine"

"But-

"No buts, just relax, I'll be taking care of you today"

"O-Ok *cough*"

Once Levi reached your bedroom, he placed you down on your bed. (GENTLELY)

"Now, wait here, I'll bring you food"

"O-Ok..."

It took some time before Levi appeared back in your room; he was carrying a tray with a bowl of soup with a side of plain toast and a cup of warm tea. He placed it down next to your bed on a side table. He then said he was going to go get a spoon.

Once he was back you were already munching on the toast, he looked at you in curiosity.

"I-I was hungry..."

"It's fine"

He sat down on your bed and grabbed the bowl of warm soup, picked up the spoon, and started to feed you spoonfuls of the warm soup.

"Here, eat up"

"O-Ok"

You ate a spoonful, feeling the warm liquid flow down your throat. It was tasty, but it made you start coughing back up again.

*COUGH* *COUGH* *COUGH* *COUGH* *COUGH*

Levi could only watch you cough, A LOT. He patted and stroked your back in order to calm you down. It took some time before you calmed down again. The whole process repeated multiple times. Levi feeds you, and then you have a coughing fit. Once you have finished eating up the food you started feeling sleepy.

You close your eyes, in pain and fear. Laid your head down on the pillow. Levi got up and went to grab a wet cool towel. When he came back, he placed it on your forehead.

You were burning up, not from being sick, but because Levi was so close to you that you thought, you might pass out. Lucky for you, you did not.

"Y/n, you're burning a lot... What did happen to you that lead to... this?"

With your eyes close, you still answered Levi's question.

"I d-don't know... One minute I felt fine yesterday, the n-next thing I knew in the morning I didn't f-feel so good. So I let our workplace k-know. I didn't think you would find out..."

"Y/n... It's my job as your boyfriend to know if you're ok or not"

"I know... I just- *cough* *cough* *cough*

(You're fine, don't worry, you're not going to die or anything like that, ok? Trust me)

It was a while before you feel asleep completely, and when you were, you felt warm sweet lips on yours. You opened your eyes to fine that Levi was just about to leave your side. Only, you grabbed his hand.

And meekly asked.

"Please... stay... w-with... me"

Like that, you passed out, completely, but before you went into a deep trance, you heard Levi say.

"Of course, as always"
