She looked around the broken down room then her eyes met mine. She stood up and moved near the broken window. Her hands cupped her mouth as tears strolled down her face.
I started walking towards her when she screamed at me "no don't you dare come any closer you slinthead" I stopped in my tracks while Tommy and minho hovered near me, making sure she didn't attack.
"I'll be okay" I said, minho let out a noise while Tommy glanced at me. He took my machete which I had dropped when Courtney attacked me and placed it in my hands. He gave me a look and a pat on the back.
As he walked off minho followed, staring at Courtney. Who was now in a crouch position she kept on running her fingers through her hair, tears streaming slowly down her face.
I walked over to her, no matter how much she protested, I bent down in front of her. "Hey shuck" I wispered while lowering her hands down from her hair, her blue eyes rimmed with red.
She looked at my neck
"You're neck" she wispered "I'm so sorry newt I didn't mean to" she slumped against the wall, silent tears streamed down her face slowly.
her knees were tucked infront of her. The sun was close to her on the wall. it made her face brighter.I placed myself infront of her and wiped the tears streaming down her cheeks. I wasn't afraid of her. I placed a kiss on her forehead.
I knew it was the flare, she was too kind and caring. I had seen the way Jorge had acted, I understood some shuckin' how.
"You should leave me here and never come back" she said a tremble in her voice I felt like breaking with her.
"I told you I loved you" I said while pulling her away and looking at her arms length. "And I meant that." I placed my hand on he cheek and rubbed it gently with my thumb.
She let out a weak smile, the flare was slowly breaking her, and it made my heart hurt, so, so bloody badly.
"We'll do this, together" I kissed her lightly on the lips. When I pulled away she smiled at me. I stood up and lent my hand out to her.
She took my hand and we walked out do the room.
"We can get the cure together" she said while walking down the hallway.
"Definitely, then we can be free and do whatever we bloody want" I gave her a smile. She gave me one back, all her yellow teeth showing.
